যেসব দোকানে আলাদা সেলসম্যান বা প্রতিনিধি আছে, তাদের নাম রাখা আর বিলের সাথে জুড়ে দেওয়া। এক মালিকের দোকানে দরকার হয় না। বন্ধ করলে আগের বিলে যে প্রতিনিধির নাম বসানো আছে তা বসানোই থাকে।Naming the representatives a shop sells through and tagging bills with them. A single-owner counter has no use for it. Off leaves every bill that already names a rep unchanged.

বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে স্টাফ → সেলস রেপ। এক মালিকের ছোট দোকানে এটা লাগে না; যেখানে আলাদা সেলসম্যান বা প্রতিনিধি মাল নিয়ে বাইরে যান, সেখানে কাজে লাগে।Left menu → Staff → Sales Reps. A single-owner counter has no use for it; it is for shops where a salesman or representative takes goods out.
প্রতিনিধি যোগ করাAdding a rep
নাম আর মোবাইল নম্বর দিয়ে প্রতিনিধিকে যোগ করুন। প্রতিনিধি মানেই সফটওয়্যারের ইউজার নয়, যার লগইন দরকার নেই, তারও নাম এখানে রাখা যায়।Add the representative with a name and a mobile number. A rep is not automatically a login: somebody who never opens the software can still be listed here.
বিলে নাম জুড়ে দেওয়াTagging the bill
বিল করার সময় প্রতিনিধির নাম বেছে দিন, নামটা ওই বিলের সঙ্গে থেকে যায়। এরপর কার হাত দিয়ে কত বিক্রি হলো সেটা রিপোর্টে আলাদা করে দেখা যায়।Pick the rep while making the bill and the name stays with it. After that, how much sold through whose hand can be read separately in the reports.
বন্ধ করলে কী হয়If you switch it off
আগের বিলে যে প্রতিনিধির নাম বসানো আছে সেটা বসানোই থাকে, শুধু নতুন বিলে নাম বাছার ঘরটা আর আসে না। কমিশনের নিয়ম আলাদা মডিউলে, এখানে নয়।Bills that already name a rep keep that name; only the box for choosing one stops appearing on new bills. Commission rules live in their own module, not here.
