চেকের খাতা কোথায়Where the cheque register is
বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে হিসাব → চেক। এখানে আপনার দেওয়া আর পাওয়া দুই ধরনের চেকই থাকে। নতুন চেক তুলতে উপরে ডান দিকের "নতুন চেক" বোতামে চাপ দিন। তালিকা খালি থাকলে বুঝবেন এখনো কোনো চেক লেখা হয়নি।Accounts → Cheques in the left menu. Both the cheques you have given and the ones you have received live here. Press "New Cheque" at the top right to record one. An empty list simply means none has been recorded yet.

চেক তুলুনEnter the cheque
কার চেক, কোন ব্যাংক, চেক নম্বর, টাকার অঙ্ক আর তারিখ লিখুন। আপনি দিয়েছেন না পেয়েছেন সেটাও বেছে দিন।Enter whose cheque it is, the bank, the cheque number, the amount and the date, and whether you gave it or received it.
তারিখ ধরে দেখাWatching the dates
তালিকা তারিখ ধরে সাজানো থাকে, তাই কোন চেকের দিন কাছে এসে গেছে সেটা এক নজরে বোঝা যায়।The list is ordered by date, so you can see at a glance which cheque is coming up.
পাস বা বাউন্সCleared or bounced
ব্যাংক থেকে খবর পেলে চেকটা খুলে পাস বা বাউন্স চিহ্নিত করুন। বাউন্স হলে টাকাটা আবার বাকিতে ফিরে যাবে।When the bank tells you, open the cheque and mark it cleared or bounced. A bounced cheque puts the money back on the account.
