বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে কাস্টমার → এসএমএস — এখান থেকেই এই কাজটা শুরু হয়। পাতাটা খুললে নিচের ধাপগুলো এক এক করে করুন।In the left menu: Customers → SMS — this is where the job starts. Open the page and work through the steps below in order.

কাকে পাঠাবেনWho it goes to
একজন গ্রাহককে পাঠাতে পারেন, বা যাদের বাকি আছে তাদের সবাইকে একসাথে।Send to one customer, or to everyone who owes you money at once.
বার্তা লিখুনWrite the message
টেমপ্লেট থেকে বেছে নিন বা নিজে লিখুন। গ্রাহকের নাম আর বাকির অঙ্ক নিজে থেকেই বসে যাবে।Pick a template or write your own. The customer's name and their balance fill themselves in.
পাঠানSend
পাঠান চাপুন। কোনটা গেল আর কোনটা গেল না সেটা তালিকায় থেকে যাবে।Press Send. The list keeps what went and what did not.
