বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে অর্ডার → বুকিং। আগাম টাকা নেওয়া হয়ে গেছে কিন্তু মাল এখনো যায়নি — এমন অর্ডারগুলো এই পাতায় জমা থাকে।Left menu → Orders → Bookings. Orders where the advance has been taken but the goods have not gone out yet all sit on this page.

অগ্রিম নিয়ে বুক করাTaking the advance
নতুন বুকিং চাপুন, কাস্টমার আর কোন মালটা বুক হচ্ছে বেছে দিন, আর কত টাকা অগ্রিম নিলেন লিখুন। মাল এখনো দোকানে না এলেও বুকিং নেওয়া যায়।Press New booking, pick the customer and what is being held, and enter how much you took as an advance. A booking can be taken for something that is not in the shop yet.
টাকা এখন, স্টক পরেMoney now, stock later
অগ্রিমের টাকাটা সাথে সাথে অ্যাকাউন্টে ঢোকে, কিন্তু স্টক কমে ডেলিভারির দিন। তাই যে মাল এখনো কাস্টমারের হাতে যায়নি সেটা স্টকে থেকেই যায়, আর দিনশেষে হিসাব মেলাতে গোলমাল হয় না।The advance goes into the account straight away, but stock only moves on the day of delivery. Goods that have not left the shop are still counted as stock, so the day's figures do not go crooked.

আজ যা দিতে হবে ট্যাবটা সকালে একবার দেখে নিলেই হয় — আজকের তারিখে কার কার মাল দেওয়ার কথা, এক তালিকায়। ভুলে যাওয়া বুকিং কাউন্টারে নয়, এখানেই ধরা পড়ে।Look at the Due today tab once in the morning — everyone whose goods are promised for today, in one list. A forgotten booking turns up here instead of at the counter.

পুরানো বুকিং খোঁজাFinding one later
বুকিং নম্বর বা কাস্টমারের নাম দিয়ে খুঁজুন, আর চলমান / ডেলিভারড / বাতিল ধরে ছেঁকে নিন। কে অগ্রিম দিয়ে এখনো মাল নেয়নি — সেটা বের করতে চলমান ফিল্টারটাই যথেষ্ট।Search by booking number or customer name, and filter by Running, Delivered or Cancelled. To see who has paid an advance and never collected, the Running filter is the whole answer.
