কোন খাতে এ মাসে কত খরচ করবেন, তার সীমা বেঁধে দেওয়া — মাল কেনা, ভাড়া, স্টাফ। কত খরচ হয়েছে আর কত বাকি আছে তো দেখাবেই, সঙ্গে মাসের কত দিন গেছে সেটাও পাশে থাকে, তাই বোঝা যায় খরচটা তাড়াতাড়ি হয়ে যাচ্ছে কি না। সীমার কাছে গেলে আর সীমা পেরোলে নোটিফিকেশন আসে। সীমা না বসালে আগের মতোই সব চলে।Deciding what each heading may cost this month — buying stock, rent, staff.
