ব্যাচ কোথা থেকে আসেWhere batches come from
⚠ ব্যাচ এই পাতায় হাতে যোগ করা যায় না। ব্যাচ তৈরি হয় **মাল তোলার সময়** — ক্রয়ের লাইনে ব্যাচ নম্বর বা মেয়াদের তারিখ লিখলেই সেটা এখানে চলে আসে। তাই "ব্যাচ ও মেয়াদ" পাতা খালি দেখালে বুঝতে হবে এখনো কোনো ক্রয়ে ব্যাচের তথ্য লেখা হয়নি — feature বন্ধ নয়। পাতাটা বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে প্রোডাক্ট → ব্যাচ ও মেয়াদ।⚠ You cannot add a batch by hand on this page. Batches are created **when goods come in** — type a batch number or an expiry date on a purchase line and it appears here. So an empty "Batch and expiry" page means no purchase has carried batch details yet, not that the feature is off. The page is under Products → Batch and expiry in the left menu.
পণ্যে ব্যাচ চালু করুনSwitch it on for the product
পণ্যটা খুলে ব্যাচ ও মেয়াদ চালু করুন। যেসব পণ্যের মেয়াদ আছে শুধু সেগুলোতেই চালু করলে চলবে।Open the product and switch on Batch and expiry. Only the products that actually have a shelf life need it.
ক্রয়ের সময় ব্যাচ বসানEnter the batch when goods come in
এরপর থেকে মাল তোলার সময় ব্যাচ নম্বর ও মেয়াদের তারিখ চাইবে। প্যাকেটের গায়ে যা লেখা আছে সেটাই বসান।From then on, entering a purchase asks for the batch number and the expiry date. Copy what is printed on the pack.

আগে মেয়াদ শেষ হবে যেটা, আগে বিক্রিThe one expiring first is offered first
বিক্রির সময় যে ব্যাচের মেয়াদ আগে শেষ হবে সেটাই আগে দেখাবে, তাই পুরোনো মাল পেছনে পড়ে থাকে না।At the counter the batch expiring soonest comes up first, so old stock does not sit at the back.

মেয়াদের তালিকা দেখুনCheck the expiry list
মেয়াদ রিপোর্টে সামনের দিনগুলোতে কোনগুলোর মেয়াদ শেষ হচ্ছে তার তালিকা পাবেন। সাপ্লায়ারকে ফেরত দিতে হলে হাতে সময় থাকে।The expiry report lists what runs out in the coming weeks, so there is time to send it back to the supplier.
