কোন লটটাWhich lot
কাজটা কম্পিউটারে বা ওয়েব পোর্টালে হয়, ফোনের অ্যাপে নয়। ব্যাচ ট্রেস অংশে আগে পণ্যটা খুঁজুন, তারপর কোন ব্যাচ সেটা বেছে নিন — তালিকায় প্রতিটা ব্যাচের নম্বর, মেয়াদ বা তোলার তারিখ, আর কতটা পড়ে আছে সবই লেখা থাকে। যে লটের মাল পুরো বিক্রি হয়ে গেছে সেটাও এখানে আসে, পরিমাণের ঘরে সংখ্যার বদলে লেখা থাকে “বিক্রি হয়ে গেছে” — আর রিকলের সময় ঠিক ওই লটটাই তো খুঁজতে হয়।This is done on a computer or in the web portal, not in the phone app. Under Batch trace, find the product first and then choose the batch — the list carries each batch's number, its expiry or its intake date, and how much of it is left. A lot that has sold out completely is offered here too, with “sold out” in place of a number in the remaining column — and at a recall that is precisely the lot you are looking for.

মালটা কোথায় গেছেWhere the goods went
নিচে এক তালিকায় আসে ওই ব্যাচ কোন কোন বিলে বেরিয়েছে, কার কাছে গেছে, আর কতজনকে ফোন করতে হবে। যেটুকু এখনো দোকানে বা গুদামে পড়ে আছে সেটাও আলাদা করে দেখায়, তাই আগে ওইটুকু শেলফ থেকে সরিয়ে ফেলা যায়।Underneath, one list shows which bills that batch left on, who took it, and how many people have to be rung. What is still sitting in the shop or the store is shown separately, so that much can come off the shelf first.
তিন রকমের লাইনThree kinds of line
তালিকার প্রতিটা লাইন তিন রকমের একটা — ফোন করা যাবে, নগদ বিক্রি কাকে বেচা হয়েছে জানা নেই, আর ব্যাচ লেখা নেই এটাও হতে পারে। উপরে পরিষ্কার করে লেখা থাকে কয়টার পেছনে নাম আছে আর কয়টার নেই, কারণ নাম না থাকলে ওই মালটা বাইরেই থেকে যাবে। এটা সফটওয়্যারের সীমা নয় — ওই বিলটায় কারও নাম লেখা হয়নি বলে।Every line is one of three kinds — can be reached, a cash sale with no idea who bought it, and batch not recorded so it could be this one. The page states plainly how many have a name behind them and how many do not, because the ones with no name stay out there. That is not a limit of the software; nobody's name was written on that bill.
মালটা কোথা থেকে এসেছেWhere it came from
একই পাতায় উল্টো দিকটাও থাকে। ব্যাচটা কেনা হলে লেখা থাকে কেনা — এখানে বানানো হয়নি। আর নিজের দোকানে বানানো হলে দেখায় কোন কোন কাঁচামালের ব্যাচ থেকে কতটা লেগেছে, আর ওই একই বানানোতে আর কী কী তৈরি হয়েছিল — গোলমালটা কাঁচামালে হয়ে থাকলে ওই মালগুলোও ধরতে হবে।The same page carries the other direction. If the batch was bought in it says so — bought, not made here. If it was made in your own shop it shows which ingredient batches went into it and how much of each, and what else came out of that same run — because if the fault is in a raw material, those other items are in it too.

রিকল খোলাOpening the recall
ফেরত আনতেই হলে এই ব্যাচ রিকল করুন চাপুন, কারণটা বেছে দিন আর দুই লাইনের নোট লিখুন। তালিকাটা তখনকার মতো করে জমা হয়ে যায় আর ছোঁয়া ব্যাচগুলো চিহ্নিত হয় — ফলে বিক্রির সময় ওগুলো আর হাতে উঠে আসে না।If it really has to come back, press Recall this batch, choose the reason and write a line or two of note. The list is frozen as it stands and every affected batch is marked, so the till stops reaching for it.

তালিকা ধরে কাজ করাWorking the list
রিকল অংশে প্রতিটা লাইনের পাশে ফোন করা হয়েছে আর ফেরত এসেছে বসানো যায়, আর উপরে দেখায় কয়টায় ফোন করা হলো আর কতটা এখনো বাইরে। কাজ শেষ হলে রিকল শেষ করুন — যাদের ধরা যায়নি তাদের লাইনও তালিকায় থেকে যায়, তাই পরে কেউ জানতে চাইলে কী কী করা হয়েছিল দেখানো যায়।On the Recalls side each line can be marked Called and Got back, and the top shows how many have been contacted and how much is still out. When you have done what you can, close the recall — the lines nobody answered stay on the list too, so if anybody asks later there is a record of what was done.

What a shop you sold to did with the goods afterwards is in their books, not yours — worth remembering before promising a company or an inspector more than that.
