দোকান নিজে ঠিক করবে, যার “যেকোনো ছাড় বা দাম দেওয়া” অনুমতি নেই এমন স্টাফ এক বিলে সর্বোচ্চ কত শতাংশ ছাড় দিতে পারবে (০ মানে যেকোনো ছাড়েই ম্যানেজার PIN লাগবে), আর সে পণ্যের দাম আদৌ নিজে বদলাতে পারবে কি না। দুটোই Settings-এ বসানো যায়।The shop's own two answers about staff and price: the most a staff member without the “Give any discount or price” permission may give away on one bill before the manager PIN is demanded (0 means every give-away needs it), and whether such a user may type a price the catalogue does not agree with at all. Both are set in Settings.

দুইটা নিয়মই সেটিংসে। বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে সিস্টেম → সেটিংস খুলুন, নিচে নেমে স্টাফের দাম ও ছাড়ের কার্ড দুইটা পাবেন। শুধু যাদের সেটিংস বদলানোর অনুমতি আছে তারাই এগুলো বদলাতে পারবেন।Both rules live in Settings. Left menu → System → Settings, scroll to the two cards about staff price and discount. Only a user allowed to manage settings can change them.
ছাড়ের সীমাThe discount ceiling
যার “যেকোনো ছাড় বা দাম দেওয়া” অনুমতি নেই, সে এক বিলে সর্বোচ্চ কত শতাংশ ছাড় দিতে পারবে সেটা এখানে লিখে দিন। 0 লিখলে যেকোনো ছাড়েই ম্যানেজারের পিন লাগবে। সীমা পেরোলে বিল আটকায় না, পিন চায়।Type the most a staff member without the "Give any discount or price" permission may take off one bill. Zero means every give-away needs the manager PIN. Going over does not block the bill; it asks for the PIN.
স্টাফ নিজে দাম লিখতে পারবে কিMay staff type a price
দ্বিতীয় কার্ডটা এক প্রশ্নেরই উত্তর: স্টাফ পণ্যের তালিকার দামের বাইরে নিজে দাম লিখতে পারবে কি না। বন্ধ রাখলে কাউন্টারে দাম বদলানোর ঘরটা কাজ করবে না, তালিকার দামেই বিল হবে।The second card answers one question: may a staff member type a price the catalogue does not agree with. With it off, the price box at the counter will not take a new figure and the bill goes out at the catalogue price.
কাকে আটকায় নাWho is never stopped
মালিক আর যাদের “যেকোনো ছাড় বা দাম দেওয়া” অনুমতি দেওয়া আছে, তাদের কাছে এই সীমা লাগে না। কে কত ছাড় দিলো তার হিসাব থেকেই যায়, রিপোর্ট → দাম কমিয়ে বিক্রি পাতায় দেখা যায়।The owner, and anybody given the "Give any discount or price" permission, is not held by this ceiling. Who gave what away is still recorded either way and is read under Reports → Sold below price.
