এটার আলাদা কোনো মেনু নেই — এটা বাকির খাতার ভিতরেই। বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে প্রতিদিন → বাকি পাতায় যান। কারো নাম আর টাকার অঙ্ক — এই দুইটা দিয়েই সাথে সাথে বাকি তোলা যায়, পুরো বিল না কেটেই।This has no menu of its own — it lives inside the dues ledger. Go to Everyday → Dues in the left menu. A name and an amount are all it takes to put something on account, without making a full bill.
গ্রাহক বেছে নিনChoose the customer
নাম বা মোবাইল নম্বরের প্রথম কয়টা অক্ষর লিখুন। নতুন গ্রাহক হলে ওখানেই যোগ করে নিতে পারবেন।Type the first few letters of the name, or the mobile number. If they are new you can add them on the spot.
টাকার অঙ্ক লিখুনEnter the amount
কত টাকা বাকি পড়ল, বা কত টাকা জমা পড়ল — যেটা হয়েছে সেটা লিখে সেভ করুন। পুরো বিল না কেটেই খাতায় তোলা যায়।Enter what went on the slate, or what came back, and save. It goes into the ledger without a full bill being made.
পুরোনো খাতা থেকে বাকি তুলতে বা কাউন্টারে দ্রুত এন্ট্রি দিতে এটা কাজে লাগে। বিস্তারিত বিল লাগলে POS বিক্রি ব্যবহার করুন।This is for carrying an old paper ledger across, or for a quick entry at the counter. When you need an itemised bill, use POS sale instead.
