বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে কাস্টমার → লয়্যালটি। এখানে প্রথমে হার ঠিক করে দিতে হয় — তার আগে কারো পয়েন্ট জমবে না, আর পাতাটা খালিই দেখাবে। হার বসানোর পর থেকে যত বিক্রি হবে, পয়েন্ট নিজে থেকেই জমতে থাকবে।Customers → Loyalty in the left menu. The rate has to be set here first — before that nobody earns points and the page stays empty. From the moment it is set, every sale starts earning by itself.

কত টাকায় কত পয়েন্টSet the rate
কত টাকা কেনাকাটায় কত পয়েন্ট দেবেন সেটা একবার ঠিক করে দিন।Decide once how many points a customer earns for what they spend.
বিক্রির সাথে পয়েন্ট জমবেPoints build up as they buy
গ্রাহকের নামে বিল হলে পয়েন্ট নিজে থেকেই জমবে। আলাদা কার্ড লাগবে না।Points collect by themselves on any bill in the customer's name. No separate card is needed.
পয়েন্ট ভাঙানোSpending the points
বিল করার সময় গ্রাহক পয়েন্ট ভাঙাতে চাইলে পেমেন্টে সেটা বসিয়ে দিন, টাকা তত কমে যাবে।If the customer wants to use their points, apply them at Payment and the amount due drops.
