এটার আলাদা কোনো মেনু নেই — এটা সেটিংসের ভিতরে। বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে সিস্টেম → সেটিংস, তারপর কাস্টমার অ্যাকাউন্ট অংশটা খুঁজুন। সেখানেই লিংকটা রাখা আছে, যেটা কাস্টমারকে দিলে সে নিজের বাকি নিজেই দেখতে পারবে।This has no menu of its own — it lives inside Settings. Left menu → System → Settings, then find the Customer account section. The link that lets a customer check his own dues is kept there.
লিংকটা বের করাFinding the link
সেটিংসে কাস্টমার অ্যাকাউন্ট নামে একটা লিংক রাখা আছে — কপি করে কাস্টমারকে দিন। এটা কাস্টমারের জন্য; দোকানের কেউ এটা দিয়ে ঢোকে না।Settings keeps a link called Customer account — copy it and give it to the customer. It is for them, not for anybody in the shop.

সে দোকানের আইডি আর নিজের মোবাইল নম্বর দেয়, ফোনে ৬ সংখ্যার একটা কোড যায়, কোডটা বসালেই ঢুকে যায়। খাতায় যে নম্বরটা আছে সেই নম্বরটাই লাগে, তাই একজনের হিসাব আরেকজন দেখতে পারে না।He gives the shop's ID and his own mobile number, a six-digit code goes to his phone, and the code lets him in. It has to be the number on his khata, so nobody sees anybody else's account.

তার কত বাকি, কোন কোন বিল, ওয়ারেন্টির ভেতরে থাকা জিনিস, আসন্ন কিস্তির তারিখ, আর জমা দেওয়া ক্লেইম কোন অবস্থায় আছে। মুখে মুখে হিসাব নিয়ে তর্কের জায়গাটা এতে অনেকটা কমে যায়।What he owes, which bills, the items still under warranty, the dates of instalments coming up, and where any claim of his has got to. It takes the part of the argument that is about whose memory is right off the counter.
কোড পাঠাতে এসএমএস খরচThe code spends SMS
কোডটা যায় দোকানের এসএমএস ব্যালেন্স থেকে, তাই ব্যালেন্স শেষ হলে কাস্টমার ঢুকতে পারবে না। যাদের সত্যিই দরকার — যাদের বাকি চলছে বা কিস্তি চলছে — তাদের লিংকটা দেওয়াই কাজের।The code goes out of the shop's SMS balance, so an empty balance means the customer cannot get in. It is worth giving the link to the people who actually need it — the ones carrying a due or an instalment.
