সাপ্লায়ারের কাছ থেকে পাওনা ইনসেনটিভের হিসাব — কোন কোম্পানির কোন পণ্যে, প্রতি ইউনিটে কত, আর কবে পাওয়ার কথা। কোনটা এখনো জমছে, কোনটা এখন ক্লেম করা যায়, কোনটার সময় পেরিয়ে গেছে আর কোনটা হাতে এসেছে — চারটা আলাদা করে দেখায়, তাই পাওনা টাকা চুপচাপ হারিয়ে যায় না।What the supplier still owes you — which company, which product, how much per unit, and when it falls due. Pending, claimable, overdue and received are kept apart, so money you are owed does not quietly go uncollected.

বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে হিসাব → ইনসেনটিভ। এটা কোম্পানির কাছ থেকে আপনার পাওনা — কোন পণ্য কত বিক্রি হলে সরবরাহকারী কত দেবে, সেই হিসাব। স্টাফের কমিশন এটা নয়; সেটা আলাদা।Left menu → Accounts → Incentives. This is what the SUPPLIER owes you — how much a company pays back on each unit you sell. It is not staff commission; that is somewhere else.

স্কিমটা লিখে রাখাWriting the scheme down
কোম্পানি কোনো মালে ইনসেনটিভ দিলে স্কিম যোগ করুন চেপে সেটা বসিয়ে রাখুন — কোন সাপ্লায়ার, কোন পণ্য, প্রতি পিসে কত, আর কত দিন পরে টাকাটা চাওয়া যাবে।When a company offers an incentive on an item, press Add scheme and write it down — which supplier, which product, how much per piece, and how many days before the money can be asked for.
বিক্রির সঙ্গে জমতে থাকেIt adds itself up
ওই পণ্যটা যতবার বিক্রি হয় ততবার টাকাটা নিজে থেকেই জমতে থাকে — উপরে অপেক্ষমাণ ঘরে। আলাদা করে গোনার দরকার নেই, হিসাবটা আপনার নিজের বিল থেকেই আসে।Every time that product sells the money accrues by itself, under Pending at the top. Nothing is counted by hand; the figure comes off the bills you were writing anyway.
কোম্পানির কাছে চাওয়াClaiming it from the company
মেয়াদ পূর্ণ হলে টাকাটা ক্লেইম করা যাবে ঘরে চলে আসে। ক্লেইম করুন চাপলে কোম্পানিকে দেখানোর মতো একটা কাগজ ছাপা যায় — কোন কোন বিল ধরে কত টাকা, তার তালিকাসহ।Once a scheme matures the money moves into Claimable. Press Claim and a sheet prints that you can put in front of the company — which bills the amount is made of, and how much.
যেটা এখনো আসেনিWhat never came
সময় পেরিয়েছে ঘরটাই সবচেয়ে কাজের — চাওয়ার সময় পেরিয়ে গেছে অথচ কোম্পানি এখনো দেয়নি, এমন টাকা এখানে জমতে থাকে। হাতে পাওয়ার পর সেটা লিখে দিলে পেয়ে গেছি ঘরে চলে যায়।Overdue is the total worth watching — money whose time has passed and which the company still has not paid. Record it when it arrives and it moves across into Received.
