বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে হিসাব → অ্যাকাউন্ট। দোকানের টাকা এক জায়গায় থাকে না, কিছু ক্যাশ বাক্সে, কিছু ব্যাংকে, কিছু বিকাশে। প্রতিটার জন্য আলাদা অ্যাকাউন্ট বানিয়ে রাখলে দিনের শেষে কোথায় কত আছে সেটা আলাদা করে দেখা যায়, আর বাক্সের টাকার সাথে মেলানো যায়।Accounts → Accounts in the left menu. A shop’s money is not in one place: some in the cash box, some in the bank, some in bKash. An account for each lets you see what is where at the end of the day, and lets the cash box be checked against a number.

মেনু থেকে "অ্যাকাউন্ট"-এ গিয়ে নতুন অ্যাকাউন্ট যোগ করুন। নাম দিন যেভাবে আপনি ডাকেন, "ক্যাশ বাক্স", "ইসলামী ব্যাংক", "বিকাশ পার্সোনাল"। ধরন বেছে দিন, আর এই মুহূর্তে ওতে কত আছে সেটা বসিয়ে দিন। ওই সংখ্যাটাই শুরুর হিসাব।Open "Accounts" from the menu and add one. Name it the way you say it: "Cash box", "Islami Bank", "bKash personal". Pick the type and enter what is in it right now; that figure is the starting balance.

বিল করার সময়, খরচ লেখার সময় বা সাপ্লায়ারকে টাকা দেওয়ার সময় কোন অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে টাকা এল বা গেল সেটা বেছে দিন। ⚠ এটা বেছে না দিলে টাকা কোথায় গেল সেটা আর জানার উপায় থাকে না, আর দিনের শেষে হিসাব মিলবে না।When you bill, record an expense, or pay a supplier, choose which account the money came from or went to. ⚠ Skip it and there is no way to know where the money went, and the day will not balance.

ক্যাশ বাক্স থেকে ব্যাংকে টাকা জমা দিলে সেটা খরচ নয়, জায়গা বদল। "ব্যালেন্স ট্রান্সফার" দিয়ে সেটা লিখুন: কোন অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে, কোনটায়, কত। খরচের খাতায় লিখলে সেদিনের লাভ ভুল দেখাবে, কারণ টাকাটা দোকান থেকে যায়নি।Putting cash into the bank is not an expense: it is the same money in another place. Record it with "Balance transfer": from which account, to which, how much. Recording it as an expense makes that day’s profit wrong, because the money never left the shop.
