দোকানের নাম, ঠিকানা আর ফোনShop name, address and phone
যে নাম আর ঠিকানা এখানে দেবেন সেটাই বিলের মাথায় ছাপা হবে, আর কাস্টমারকে পাঠানো খুদে বার্তাতেও ওই নামই যাবে। ফোন নম্বরটা দিন: কাস্টমার বিল দেখে ফোন করতে চাইলে ওটাই খুঁজবে। ⚠ নামটা যেভাবে লিখবেন হুবহু সেভাবেই ছাপা হয়, তাই বানান দেখে নিন; পরে বদলালে পুরনো বিলের কপি নতুন নামেই ছাপবে।The name and address you put here are what print at the top of every bill, and the name is what your text messages go out under. Add the phone number: it is what a customer looks for when they want to ring you about a bill. ⚠ It prints exactly as typed, so check the spelling; changing it later means old bills reprint under the new name.

দোকানের লোগো থাকলে আপলোড করে দিন, বিলে আর রসিদে ওটা বসে যাবে। পরিষ্কার একটা ছবি দিন; ছোট বা ঘোলা ছবি ছাপায় আরও খারাপ দেখায়। লোগো না থাকলেও চলে, তখন শুধু দোকানের নামটাই বড় করে বসে।If you have a logo, upload it and it appears on bills and receipts. Use a clean image: a small or blurry one looks worse on paper than on screen. No logo is fine; the shop name simply prints larger instead.

কাগজের মাপ বেছে নিন, কাউন্টারে রোল প্রিন্টার হলে সরু রসিদ, ডেস্কে হলে A4 বা A5। কয়েকটা নকশা আছে, বেছে নিয়ে সাথে সাথেই নমুনা দেখতে পাবেন। ছাপার আগে একবার নমুনা দেখে নেওয়া ভালো, কারণ প্রিন্টারভেদে একটু এদিক-ওদিক হয়।Choose the paper: a narrow receipt for a counter roll printer, A4 or A5 for a desk one. There are several designs and you see a preview the moment you pick one. Look at the preview before printing for real: printers differ a little.

কিছু কাজ (যেমন বিল বাতিল বা দাম বদলানো) পিন ছাড়া করা যাবে না, এটা চালু করে রাখলে। পিনটা শুধু আপনি জানবেন। কর্মচারী থাকলে এটা চালু রাখা ভালো: ভুল বা ইচ্ছাকৃত কিছু হলে অন্তত একবার থামতে হয়।Switch this on and certain acts (cancelling a bill, changing a price) cannot be done without the PIN, which only you know. Worth having on if you have staff: it makes anything unusual stop at least once.
