মেনু থেকে "ডাটা ইমপোর্ট"-এ যান আর নমুনা ফাইলটা নামিয়ে নিন। নিজের বানানো এক্সেল সরাসরি দেবেন না, কোন ঘরে কী থাকবে সেটা ওই নমুনাতেই বলা আছে, আর ঘরের ক্রম বদলে গেলে ভুল জায়গায় ভুল জিনিস ঢুকে যাবে।Open "Import Data" and download the template first. Do not upload your own spreadsheet as it is: the template says which column holds what, and a different column order puts the wrong thing in the wrong place.
নমুনা ফাইলে আপনার তথ্য বসানFill the template with your own rows
নমুনার প্রথম সারিটা রেখে দিন, নিচ থেকে নিজের পণ্য বা কাস্টমার বসাতে থাকুন। দাম শুধু সংখ্যায় লিখুন, টাকার চিহ্ন বা কমা দেবেন না। যে ঘর খালি রাখা যায় সেটা নমুনায় লেখা আছে।Keep the first row as it is and add your products or customers below it. Write prices as plain numbers: no currency sign, no commas. The template says which columns may be left empty.
আপলোড করে আগে মিলিয়ে দেখুনUpload, then check before you commit
ফাইল আপলোড করলে সাথে সাথে কিছু ঢোকে না, আগে দেখানো হয় কয়টা সারি ঠিক আছে আর কোনটায় সমস্যা, সারি নম্বরসহ। সমস্যাগুলো এক্সেলে ঠিক করে আবার আপলোড করুন। ঠিক মনে হলে তবেই নিশ্চিত করুন।Uploading does not import anything yet: you are first shown how many rows are fine and which have problems, with the row numbers. Fix those in Excel and upload again. Only confirm once it looks right.
