বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে বিক্রয়োত্তর → বিক্রয় ফেরত — এখান থেকেই এই কাজটা শুরু হয়। পাতাটা খুললে নিচের ধাপগুলো এক এক করে করুন।In the left menu: After-sales → Sale returns — this is where the job starts. Open the page and work through the steps below in order.

বিলটা খুঁজে বের করুনFind the bill
বিক্রির তালিকায় গিয়ে বিল নম্বর, তারিখ বা গ্রাহকের নাম দিয়ে খুঁজুন।Go to the sales list and search by bill number, date or customer name.
ফেরত চাপুনPress Return
বিলটা খুলে ফেরত চাপুন।Open the bill and press Return.
কোনটা কতটা ফেরতWhich items are coming back
কোন পণ্য কতটা ফেরত আসছে বসান। পুরো বিল ফেরত না নিয়ে একটা-দুটো পণ্যও ফেরত নেওয়া যায়।Enter which items are coming back and how many. A partial return is fine — it does not have to be the whole bill.
নিশ্চিত করুনConfirm
নিশ্চিত করলে স্টক নিজে থেকেই ফিরে যাবে, আর টাকা ফেরত বা বাকির সমন্বয় হয়ে যাবে।On confirming, the stock goes back up and the refund or the credit adjustment is made.
পুরো বিল বাতিল করার অধিকার সাধারণত শুধু মালিকের ইউজারে রাখা হয়। সেটিংস → ইউজার থেকে বদলানো যায়।Cancelling a whole bill is usually kept to the owner's user. You can change that under Settings → Users.
