বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে কাস্টমার → এলাকা। যে যে এলাকায় সত্যিই মাল যায় সেগুলো এখানে বসে, আর প্রতিটা কাস্টমার একটাই এলাকায় থাকে।Left menu → Customers → Areas. The rounds your goods actually travel are set up here, and each customer sits on exactly one of them.

এলাকাগুলো লেখাWriting the routes down
যেভাবে সত্যিই মাল যায় সেভাবে এলাকা যোগ করুন — মিরপুর, বাজার রোড, কলেজ গেট। কেউ একই এলাকা দুইবার অন্য বানানে লিখে ফেললে পাতাটা নিজেই ধরিয়ে দেয়, আর এক করুন দিয়ে দুটো জোড়া লাগানো যায় — কারও খাতা এতে হারায় না।Add the areas the way the goods actually go — Mirpur, Bazar Road, College Gate. If somebody enters the same area twice under two spellings the page points it out itself, and Merge folds the two together without stranding anybody's khata.
কাস্টমারকে এলাকায় বসানোPutting people on a route
প্রতিটা কাস্টমার একটাই এলাকায় থাকে, আর এলাকার তালিকায় পাশেই দেখা যায় কোন এলাকায় কতজন। কারও এলাকা লেখা না থাকলে সে বাদ পড়ে না — রাউন্ডে সবার শেষে আসে।A customer belongs to one area, and the area list shows how many people are on each. Anyone with no area written against them is not dropped — they come last on the round instead.

প্রতিটা এলাকার পাশে আদায়কারী বসিয়ে দিন — কে ওই রাস্তায় যাবে। এলাকার তালিকায় নিজের কলামেই সেটা দেখা যায়, তাই কে কোন দিকে গেছে সেটা কাউকে মনে রাখতে হয় না।Set a collector against each area — who walks that road. It shows in its own column on the area list, so who went which way is not something anybody has to remember.
রাউন্ডে বেরোনোGoing out on the round
এই কাজটা ফোনের অ্যাপে — বাকি স্ক্রিন থেকে এলাকা ধরে আদায়ে বেরোন চাপুন। প্রতিটা এলাকা একটা করে কার্ড: কতজনের কাছে যেতে হবে, আর ওই এলাকার নিজের মোট বাকি কত। আগে যা জমা নেওয়া আছে সেটা বাদ দিয়েই অঙ্কটা দেখানো হয়, তাই কার্ডে যা লেখা তাই চাইতে হবে।This part is in the phone app — from the Dues screen, press Go out collecting by area. Each area is a card: how many people to call on, and that area's own total. Deposits already held come off first, so what is on the card is what you actually ask for.
দাঁড়িয়ে চিহ্ন দেওয়াMarking where you stand
একটা এলাকায় দাঁড়িয়ে আমি এখানেই আছি চাপলে ওই এলাকাটা ওখানেই চিহ্নিত হয়ে যায়। এরপর থেকে রাউন্ড শুরু করুন চাপলে ফোন একবার জিজ্ঞেস করে আপনি কোথায়, আর আপনি যে এলাকায় দাঁড়িয়ে আছেন সেটাই তালিকার উপরে চলে আসে।Stand in an area and press I am here, and that area is anchored to that spot. After that, Start the round asks the phone once where you are, and the area you are standing in comes to the top of the list.
চিহ্ন মোটা হলেWhen the mark is rough
ঘরের ভেতর থেকে চাপলে ফোনের অবস্থান অনেকটা মোটা হয়, আর তখন পাতাটা নিজেই বলে দেয় — চিহ্নটা মোটা, খোলা জায়গায় দাঁড়িয়ে আবার চাপুন। দুইটা এলাকা খুব কাছাকাছি হলে সেটাও বলে দেয়, দুটোকেই উপরে রাখে আর একটা বেছে নিতে বলে — ভুল এলাকা আগে এনে চুপ করে থাকে না।Pressed from indoors the phone's fix is a wide one, and the page says so — this mark is rough, press it again outdoors. If two areas are too close for the fix to tell apart it says that too, keeps both at the top and asks you to pick, rather than quietly putting the wrong one first.
রাস্তায় লাইন না থাকলেWhen the line drops on the road
কোথায় যাবেন সেটা ঠিক করতে ইন্টারনেট লাগে — পুরানো তালিকা দেখিয়ে ভুল পাড়ায় পাঠানোর চেয়ে না দেখানোই ভালো। কিন্তু আদায় করা টাকাটা আলাদা: লাইন না থাকলেও জমা নেওয়া যায়, সেটা ফোনে জমে থাকে, আর লাইন ফিরলে নিজে থেকেই দোকানের হিসাবে চলে যায়।Deciding where to go needs the line — a stale list that sends you to the wrong para is worse than no list. The money is a different matter: a payment can still be taken with the line down, it waits on the phone, and it goes to the shop's books by itself when the line returns.
