আপনি যখন dokanseba.com-এ অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলেন বা আমাদের সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করেন, তখন এই শর্তগুলো আপনার আর দোকানসেবার মধ্যে একটি চুক্তি হিসেবে কার্যকর হয়। শর্তগুলো মানতে না চাইলে সেবাটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।When you open an account on dokanseba.com or use our software, these terms form an agreement between you and DokanSeba. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

২. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও দায়িত্ব2. Your account

আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে যা যা হবে তার দায় আপনারYou are responsible for what happens under your account
অ্যাকাউন্টে অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের সন্দেহ হলে সাথে সাথে আমাদের জানাবেনTell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

৩. সাবস্ক্রিপশন ও পেমেন্ট3. Subscription and payment

মাসিক, ৩ মাস, ৬ মাস বা বাৎসরিক (২ মাস ফ্রি), যেটা নেবেন, সেই মেয়াদের শুরুতেই পেমেন্ট দিতে হবেMonthly, 3-month, 6-month or yearly (2 months free), payment is due at the start of the period

৪. যা করা যাবে না4. What you may not do

অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য অনুমতি ছাড়া সংগ্রহ করে রাখাStore other people's personal data without their consent

এসবের কোনোটি ধরা পড়লে আমরা আগে সতর্ক করি; গুরুতর হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করে দিতে পারি।We warn first where we can; for serious breaches we may close the account.

৫. আপনার ডেটার মালিকানা5. You own your data

আপনার ব্যবসার সব তথ্যের মালিক আপনি, আমরা নই। আমরা শুধু সেবাটি চালু রাখার জন্য সেই ডেটা সংরক্ষণ ও প্রক্রিয়া করি। বিস্তারিতEverything you enter about your business belongs to you, not to us. ৬. সেবার প্রাপ্যতা6. Availability

আমরা ৯৯.৯% আপটাইম রাখার চেষ্টা করি, তবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, ইন্টারনেট সমস্যা বা প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগে সাময়িক বিঘ্ন হতে পারে। পরিকল্পিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ সাধারণত রাতে করা হয় এবং আগেই জানানো হয়। মনে রাখবেন, অফলাইন মোড থাকায় সার্ভার বন্ধ থাকলেও আপনার কাউন্টার চালু রাখা যায়।We target 99.9% uptime, but maintenance, connectivity problems and natural disasters can interrupt service. Planned maintenance normally happens at night and is announced beforehand. Note that because of offline mode, your counter can keep trading even when our servers cannot be reached.

৭. দায়সীমা7. Limitation of liability

আমরা সফটওয়্যারটি যত্ন নিয়ে বানাই ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করি, তবে কোনো সফটওয়্যারই সম্পূর্ণ ত্রুটিমুক্ত নয়। ব্যবসায়িক সিদ্ধান্ত আপনার নিজের, সফটওয়্যারের রিপোর্ট দেখে নেওয়া সিদ্ধান্তের ফলাফলের দায় আমাদের নয়। যেকোনো ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায় আপনার সর্বশেষ ১২ মাসে দেওয়া সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফি-র বেশি হবে না।We build and maintain the software carefully, but no software is entirely free of defects. Business decisions remain yours; we are not liable for the outcome of decisions taken on the basis of our reports. In any case our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

৮. সাবস্ক্রিপশন বন্ধ করা8. Cancellation

যেকোনো সময় বন্ধ করতে পারবেন, কোনো লক-ইন চুক্তি বা জরিমানা নেই। বন্ধ করার আগে ডেটা নামিয়ে নেওয়ার সুযোগ পাবেন। টাকা ফেরতের নিয়মCancel at any time: there is no lock-in contract and no penalty. ৯. শর্ত পরিবর্তন9. Changes to these terms

শর্তাবলীতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন হলে অন্তত ১৫ দিন আগে এসএমএস বা ইমেইলে জানানো হবে। জানানোর পর সেবা ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে বুঝে নেওয়া হবে আপনি নতুন শর্ত মেনে নিয়েছেন।Material changes will be announced by SMS or email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that notice means you accept the revised terms.

১০. প্রযোজ্য আইন10. Governing law

এই চুক্তি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইনে পরিচালিত হবে। কোনো বিরোধ হলে আমরা আগে আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করব; না হলে ঢাকার আদালতের এখতিয়ার প্রযোজ্য হবে।This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will always try to resolve a dispute by discussion first; failing that, the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
