রেফারার যোগ চেপে যে লোক কাস্টমার ধরিয়ে দেয় তার নামটা বসান — মিস্ত্রি, ইলেকট্রিশিয়ান, পরিচিত দোকানদার। একজনও যোগ করা না থাকলে বিক্রির পাতায় রেফারারের ঘরটাই আসে না।Press Add referrer and enter whoever brings the customers in — a tradesman, an electrician, a shopkeeper you know. Until at least one exists, the referrer box does not appear on the sale screen at all.

বিক্রির সময় রেফারারের ঘরে তার নামটা বেছে দিন, তারপর কোন আইটেমে কত কমিশন দেবেন সেটা লাইনে বসান। এই টাকাটা কাস্টমারের বিলে যোগ হয় না — এটা দোকানের নিজের খরচ।At the till pick his name in the referrer box, then set the commission on whichever lines carry one. It is not added to the customer's bill — this money is the shop's own cost.

রেফারার তালিকার উপরে দিতে হবে ঘরে মোট কত জমেছে দেখা যায়, আর নামের ওপর চাপলে কোন বিল থেকে কত। মাসে একবার এই তালিকা ধরে হিসাব মিটিয়ে দিলেই কাজ শেষ।The Payable total at the top of the referrer list is what has built up, and tapping a name shows which bills it came from. Settling once a month off this list is the whole job.
মাল ফেরত এলেWhen the goods come back
যে বিলে কমিশন বসেছিল সেই মাল ফেরত এলে কমিশনটা ফেরত নিতে হবে ঘরে উঠে আসে, আর ফেরত কমিশন ট্যাবে তার আলাদা তালিকা থাকে। ফেরত হয়ে যাওয়া বিক্রির উপর কমিশন দিয়ে বসার ভুলটা এখানেই ধরা পড়ে।If goods from a bill that carried a commission come back, the commission shows up under Recoverable, with its own list on the Returned commission tab. That is what stops you paying out on a sale that was undone.
