স্টক রেজিস্টারেরই তারিখ ধরে সাজানো রূপ, একটা সময়ের মধ্যে কোন পণ্যের কত এলো আর কত গেল। একই তথ্য, অন্যভাবে দেখা। বন্ধ করলে কিছুই হারায় না।The same movements as the stock register, stated over a date range instead of per product. Identical data, a second way of reading it. Nothing is lost by switching it off.

বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে রিপোর্ট → স্টক স্টেটমেন্ট। এটাও শুধু পড়ার পাতা, আর মাল গোনার লোকও খুলতে পারেন।Left menu → Reports → Stock Statement. Another read-only page, and the storekeeper can open it too.
তারিখ বেছে নিনChoose the days
উপরে তারিখের ঘরে শুরু আর শেষ দিন দিন, এক সপ্তাহ, এক মাস, বা নির্দিষ্ট কয়দিন। ওই সময়ের ভিতরে কোন পণ্যের কত ঢুকলো আর কত বেরোলো, সেটাই তালিকা হয়ে আসে।Set a start and end date at the top, a week, a month or a few particular days. The list then shows how much of each product came in and went out inside that window.

স্টক রেজিস্টারের তথ্যই এখানে তারিখ ধরে সাজানো, নতুন কিছু না। তাই দুই পাতার সংখ্যা সবসময় মিলবে; না মিললে তারিখের ঘর দুই পাতায় আলাদা আছে কি না দেখে নিন।It is the stock register's own data stated over dates, nothing new. So the two pages always agree; if they do not, check that both are set to the same dates.
মাস শেষের কাজেAt the month end
মাস শেষে কোন মাল কত চললো আর কোনটা পড়ে আছে, এই পাতা থেকেই বোঝা যায়, তাই পরের মাসের অর্ডার ঠিক করতে সুবিধা হয়। চাইলে তালিকাটা Excel-এ নামিয়ে নিতে পারেন।At the month end it shows what moved and what sat still, which is what next month's order should be built on. The list can be taken out to Excel if you want it beside your own sheet.
