মিস্ত্রির কমিশনের হার একবার বসিয়ে রাখা — তারপর ওই মিস্ত্রির আনা প্রতিটা বিলে কমিশন নিজেই বসে যায়, ক্যাশে দাঁড়িয়ে হিসাব করতে হয় না। ব্র্যান্ড ধরে আলাদা হারও দেওয়া যায় — এক ব্র্যান্ডে ২%, আরেকটায় ৭%। কাস্টমারের বিল এতে বদলায় না — টাকাটা দোকানের নিজের খরচ।Setting a tradesman's commission rate once, so that every bill he brings works it out by itself instead of somebody doing the sum at the counter. A separate rate can be set per brand — 2% on one, 7% on another. The customer's bill is unchanged; this money is the shop's own cost.

রেট বসানোর আলাদা পাতা নেই — এটা রেফারেল তালিকার ভিতরে, প্রতিটা মিস্ত্রির নামের নিচে। বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে কাস্টমার → রেফারেল, তারপর যার রেট বসাবেন তার নামটা খুলুন।There is no separate page for the rate — it sits inside the referral list, under each tradesman's name. Left menu → Customers → Referrals, then open the man whose rate you are setting.

হার বসে লোকের নামেThe rate belongs to the man
রেফারেল তালিকায় প্রতিটা মিস্ত্রির নামের নিচে মিস্ত্রির কমিশন রেট বলে একটা লাইন থাকে। হার বসানো না থাকলে সেখানে হার বসানো নেই লেখা থাকে — ওটাতে চাপলেই বসানোর ঘরটা খোলে। আলাদা কোনো মেনু নেই, রেট থাকে যার রেট তার নামের সঙ্গেই।Under each tradesman's name in the referral list there is a line called Tradesman commission rate. With nothing set it reads No rate set; pressing it opens the box. There is no separate menu — the rate lives on the man it belongs to.

সব কিছুতে এক হারOne rate on everything
সব কিছুতে হার ঘরে একটা শতাংশ বসিয়ে দিন। এরপর ওই মিস্ত্রির আনা প্রতিটা বিলে কমিশন নিজেই বসে যায় — ক্যাশে দাঁড়িয়ে হিসাব করতে হয় না। ঘরটা খালি রাখলে আগের মতোই প্রতিটা বিলে হাতে লিখতে হবে।Put a percentage in the Rate on everything box. From then on every bill he brings works the commission out by itself, instead of somebody doing the sum at the counter. Leave it empty and you go on typing it by hand on each bill.
ব্র্যান্ড ধরে আলাদা হারA different rate per brand
সিমেন্টে বস্তায় কয়েক টাকা আর রঙে তার দশ গুণ — তাই দুটোতে এক হার হওয়ার দরকার নেই। ব্র্যান্ডের হার যোগ দিয়ে আলাদা করে বসান; যে ব্র্যান্ডে আলাদা হার আছে, তাতে উপরের হারের বদলে এটাই বসবে।Cement earns a few taka a bag and paint earns ten times that, so the rate need not be the same on both. Add a brand rate for the ones that differ; a brand listed there overrides the rate above it.
কাস্টমারের বিল বদলায় নাThe customer's bill does not change
এই টাকাটা দোকানের নিজের খরচ — কাস্টমারের বিলে যোগ হয় না, লিস্ট দামও বিলে যেমন ছিল তেমনই থাকে। আর হারটা সবাই দেখতে পায় না: শুধু মালিক আর ম্যানেজার দেখেন, কর্মচারীর পাতায় লেখা থাকে দেখানো হচ্ছে না।This money is the shop's own cost — it is not added to the customer's bill, and the list price on the bill is untouched. Nor is the rate visible to everyone: owners and managers see it, and a staff member's screen says it is hidden rather than showing an empty box.
