পণ্যে কত দিনের ওয়ারেন্টি তা ঠিক করা — ৯০ দিন, ১ বছর, আজীবন বা নিজের মেয়াদ। বিলে আর সিরিয়ালে সেই মেয়াদ বসে যায়।Setting how long a product is under warranty — 90 days, a year, lifetime, or your own term. The term is stamped onto the bill and onto the serial.

কোথায় পাবেনWhere to find it
ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদ বসানোর আলাদা কোনো পাতা নেই — এটা বসে প্রোডাক্টের ভিতরে। বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে প্রোডাক্ট → প্রোডাক্ট, যে জিনিসে ওয়ারেন্টি দেবেন সেটা খুলুন, ওয়ারেন্টি ঘরটা ওখানেই। কাউন্টারের কাজ — সিরিয়াল আর সার্ভিসে পাঠানো — সেগুলো মেনুর ওয়ারেন্টি অংশে।There is no separate page for setting the warranty term — it is set inside the product. Left menu → Products → Products, open the item you are giving warranty on, and the warranty box is there. The counter side — serials, and sending an item in for service — is under Warranty in the menu.
পণ্যে মেয়াদ বসানোPutting a term on the product
পণ্যটা খুলে ওয়ারেন্টির ঘরে মেয়াদ বেছে দিন — ৩ মাস, ৬ মাস, ১ বছর, ১৮ মাস, ২ বছর, ৩ বছর বা লাইফটাইম। এর কোনোটাতে না মিললে কাস্টম বেছে নিয়ে নিজের দিনসংখ্যা লিখে দিন, যেমন ২০০ দিন।Open the product and choose the term in the warranty box — 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 18 months, 2 years, 3 years or lifetime. If none of those is the right answer, choose Custom and type your own number of days, say 200.
মেয়াদটা মালের সঙ্গে যায়The term leaves with the goods
বিক্রির সময় ওই মেয়াদটাই বিলে আর সিরিয়ালে বসে যায়। পরে পণ্যের মেয়াদ বদলালেও আগে যে বিলগুলো বেরিয়ে গেছে সেগুলো বদলায় না — কাস্টমারকে যা বলা হয়েছিল সেটাই লেখা থাকে।At the sale that term is stamped onto the bill and onto the serial. Changing the product's term later does not change bills that have already gone out — what the customer was promised is what stays on record.
কাউন্টারে উত্তর দেওয়াAnswering at the counter
কাস্টমার মাল হাতে নিয়ে এলে ইনটেক স্ক্রিনে ইউনিটটা স্ক্যান করুন, বা নম্বরটা লিখুন। কোন বিলে গেছে, কার কাছে গেছে আর ওয়ারেন্টি আছে কি নেই — তিনটাই একসঙ্গে আসে, পুরানো বিল ঘাঁটতে হয় না।When somebody brings an item back, scan the unit on the Intake screen or type its number. Which bill it left on, who took it and whether it is still under warranty all come up together — no hunting through old bills.
এক কাস্টমারের সবটাEverything one customer holds
কাস্টমারের নিজের পাতায় ওয়ারেন্টি ট্যাব আছে — তার কেনা কোন কোন জিনিস এখনো ওয়ারেন্টির ভেতরে, এক তালিকায়। কেউ ফোন করে জিজ্ঞেস করলে ওই পাতাটা খুলেই উত্তর দেওয়া যায়।The customer's own page has a Warranty tab — every item of theirs still inside its term, in one list. When somebody rings up to ask, that is the page you read the answer off.
