বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে ওয়ারেন্টি → সিরিয়াল লিস্ট — এখান থেকেই এই কাজটা শুরু হয়। পাতাটা খুললে নিচের ধাপগুলো এক এক করে করুন।In the left menu: Warranty → Serial list — this is where the job starts. Open the page and work through the steps below in order.

ক্রয় এন্ট্রির সময় প্রতিটা সেটের সিরিয়াল বা IMEI স্ক্যান করে নিন। হাতে লিখেও দেওয়া যায়।Scan each unit's serial or IMEI as you enter the purchase. You can type them instead.
বিক্রির সময় কোন সেটটাWhich unit went out
বিক্রির সময় কোন সেটটা যাচ্ছে সেটা বেছে দিন বা স্ক্যান করুন। ওই সিরিয়ালটা গ্রাহকের নামে বসে যাবে।At the counter, scan or pick the unit going out. That serial is now against the customer's name.

সিরিয়াল লিস্টে নম্বরটা লিখলেই দেখাবে কবে কার কাছে গেছে আর ওয়ারেন্টি আছে কি না।Type the number into the serial list and it shows when it went out, to whom, and whether it is still under warranty.
