বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে অর্ডার → কিস্তি (EMI) — এখান থেকেই এই কাজটা শুরু হয়। পাতাটা খুললে নিচের ধাপগুলো এক এক করে করুন।In the left menu: Orders → Instalments (EMI) — this is where the job starts. Open the page and work through the steps below in order.
বিলটা তৈরি করুনBuild the bill
পণ্য বসিয়ে বিল তৈরি করুন, তারপর কিস্তিতে বিক্রি বেছে নিন।Put the items on the bill, then choose to sell it on instalments.
ডাউন পেমেন্টThe down payment
হাতে কত পেলেন সেটা বসান। বাকিটা কিস্তিতে ভাগ হবে।Enter what you took in hand; the rest is what gets split.
কয় কিস্তিHow many instalments
কয় মাসে শোধ হবে বসান। প্রতি মাসে কত করে পড়ছে সেটা দেখাবে।Say how many months it runs for and it shows what each month comes to.

কিস্তি আদায় করুনCollect the instalments
প্রতি মাসে টাকা পেলে গ্রাহকের পাতায় জমা দিন। কার কোন কিস্তি বাকি সেটা তালিকায় দেখা যায়।Record each payment on the customer's page. The list shows whose instalment is outstanding.
