বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে স্টাফ → বেতন — এখান থেকেই এই কাজটা শুরু হয়। পাতাটা খুললে নিচের ধাপগুলো এক এক করে করুন।In the left menu: Staff → Salary — this is where the job starts. Open the page and work through the steps below in order.
কার বেতন কতSet each salary
প্রতিটি কর্মচারীর মাসিক বেতন একবার বসিয়ে দিন।Enter each employee's monthly salary once.
অগ্রিম নিলে লিখে রাখুনNote any advance
মাঝখানে কেউ অগ্রিম নিলে সেটা লিখে রাখুন। বেতনের সময় বাদ যাবে।If somebody takes an advance during the month, note it; it comes off at payout.

বেতন দিনPay it
মাস শেষে বেতন দিন চাপুন। অগ্রিম আর অনুপস্থিতি বাদ দিয়ে কত দিতে হবে সেটা দেখাবে, আর টাকাটা খরচেও বসে যাবে।At month end press Pay. It shows what is due after advances and absences, and the money lands in expenses too.
