সারা দেশে,Across the country, ৬৪ জেলাতেইall 64 districts
All of it happens online. You order and the software is on: the account, your product list, the printer, the training for your staff, all over a screen share. There is no visit to wait for, and your district changes nothing about it.
অর্ডার করলেইYou order, সব পেয়ে যাবেনyou have all of it
Whichever district you are in, the work is the same: loading your products, configuring the printer, training your staff, priority support for the first month.
On the day you order
Pick a package, pay the bill, and the software is on. The counter runs in a browser: nothing to install, no visit to book a date for. Most shops are billing on it the same day.
Setup and training by screen share
We watch your computer or phone screen and tell you where to press. Send your product list in Excel and we load it. Printers get configured the same way, and so does the training for your staff: we stay on the call until they can do it.
being in Rangpur or Cox's Bazar does not get you a lesser service. A shop in Dhaka and a shop in Kurigram get the same setup, the same training and the same support: distance costs you nothing extra and delays nothing.

No. The software runs over the internet, so we do not need to be nearby to support it. Setup, training and fixing problems all happen over a screen share, and not one of them needs us to be in your district.
We see your computer screen on ours. While we talk on the phone we tell you where to press, or, with your permission, we take over and do it. It needs a small program to be running; we send you the link.
Yes. DokanSeba runs fully offline: billing, stock and printing all work. Once a day is enough connection for the queued entries to reach the server. Only the screen share wants a decent line, and mobile data usually does the job.
You can buy a printer or scanner in your own local market: most models work. If you buy from us it goes by courier at your cost. Either way we configure it for you over a screen share.
We do not publish who uses DokanSeba, not a shop name, not an address, not a phone number. Passing on customer details without permission is against our own policy, and your details are held under exactly the same rule.
