বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে প্রোডাক্ট → স্টক অডিট — এখান থেকেই এই কাজটা শুরু হয়। পাতাটা খুললে নিচের ধাপগুলো এক এক করে করুন।In the left menu: Products → Stock audit — this is where the job starts. Open the page and work through the steps below in order.

কী গুনবেন বেছে নিনChoose what you are counting
পুরো দোকান একদিনে গোনার দরকার নেই। একটা ক্যাটাগরি বেছে নিন — আজ একটা, কাল আরেকটা।You do not have to count the whole shop in one go. Pick one category today and another tomorrow.
হাতে গোনা সংখ্যা বসানType in what you counted
প্রতিটি পণ্যের পাশে হাতে গুনে যা পেলেন সেটা লিখুন। বারকোড স্ক্যান করেও গোনা যায়।Type the counted figure beside each item. You can also scan the barcodes instead.
পার্থক্য দেখুনLook at the differences
কোথায় কম, কোথায় বেশি — পর্দায় তালিকা করে দেখাবে। এখানে থেমে একবার মিলিয়ে নিন।The screen lists every difference, over and under. Stop here and check them once.
সমন্বয় করুনAdjust
সমন্বয় চাপলে স্টক ঠিক হয়ে যাবে আর পার্থক্যটা লগে থেকে যাবে — কে কবে কী সমন্বয় করল সেটা পরেও দেখা যাবে।Press Adjust and the stock is corrected, with the difference kept in the log — who adjusted what, and when.
