Weighed intake with deductions
The gross weight, how much came off for moisture or dirt and why, and the net, all three kept separately, with the sack count beside them. The farmer's copy prints the whole sum, so the book holds the arithmetic the two of you agreed on. The rate per kg stays exactly what was agreed.

This has no menu of its own: it is inside the purchase screen. Open Purchases → New purchase in the left menu and use the weighed-intake part. Enter the gross weight, the deductions (sacks, moisture) and the rate, and the net weight and the amount work themselves out.
