বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে হিসাব → ঋণ। এই পাতাটা দোকানের নেওয়া ধার আর দেওয়া ধার — দুটোই এক জায়গায় রাখে, তাই কার কাছে কত পাবেন আর কাকে কত দেবেন এক পাতাতেই দেখা যায়।Left menu → Accounts → Loans. This page keeps both sides in one place — what the shop has borrowed and what it has lent — so who owes you and whom you owe are on one screen.

আগে ঋণদাতাThe lender comes first
নতুন ঋণদাতা চেপে আগে কার কাছ থেকে নিচ্ছেন সেটা যোগ করুন — ব্যাংক, এনজিও, সমিতি, বা পরিচিত কেউ। ঋণদাতা যোগ না করলে ঋণ তোলা যায় না, তাই এই ধাপটা এড়ানো যাবে না।Press New lender and add whoever the money is coming from — a bank, an NGO, a samity, or somebody you know. A loan cannot be recorded before its lender exists, so this step cannot be skipped.
ঋণটা তোলাRecording the loan
নতুন ঋণ চেপে কত টাকা আর কবে নিলেন লিখুন। এরপর থেকে ওই ঋণের নিজের একটা হিসাব থাকে — কত নিয়েছেন, আর এখন কত বাকি।Press New loan and enter how much you took and when. From then on that loan has an account of its own — what was borrowed, and what is still owed.
প্রতিটা কিস্তিEvery instalment
কিস্তি দিলে সেটা ওই ঋণের নিচে লিখে রাখুন — কবে কত দিলেন। বাকিটা নিজে থেকেই কমে যায়, তাই কত শোধ হলো আর কত রইল সেটা আলাদা করে কষতে হয় না।When you pay an instalment, record it under that loan — how much, and on what date. The balance comes down by itself, so what is paid and what is left never has to be worked out on paper.

উপরে দুইটা ঘর — আপনার দেনা আর আপনার পাওনা। কাউকে ধার দিয়ে থাকলে সেটাও এই খাতাতেই ওঠে, আলাদা কোথাও লিখে রাখতে হয় না।Two totals sit at the top — what you owe, and what is owed to you. Money you have lent out goes in the same register; there is no second place to keep it.
