বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে অর্ডার → ডেলিভারি চালান। উপরে ডান দিকের নতুন চালানের বোতামে চাপ দিন। চালান বিল নয় — মাল পাঠানোর কাগজ, টাকার হিসাব এতে হয় না।Orders → Delivery challans in the left menu. Press the new-challan button at the top right. A challan is not a bill — it is the paper that travels with the goods, and no money is recorded on it.

চালান তৈরি করুনMake the challan
গ্রাহক ও ঠিকানা দিন, তারপর কোন মাল কতটা যাচ্ছে বসান।Enter the customer and the address, then what is going and how much.
ড্রাইভারের কপি প্রিন্টPrint the driver's copy
চালান প্রিন্ট করে মালের সাথে পাঠিয়ে দিন। কে নিয়ে গেল সেটাও লিখে রাখা যায়।Print the challan and send it with the goods. You can note who took it as well.

পৌঁছানোর পর বিলBill it after delivery
মাল পৌঁছে গেলে চালানটা থেকেই বিল করে নিন। একই মাল দুবার লিখতে হবে না।Once it is delivered, make the bill from the challan itself. The same goods are not entered twice.
