পুরানো খাতা বা এক্সেল থেকে কাস্টমার, সাপ্লায়ার আর পণ্য একবারে তুলে আনার উইজার্ড। সাধারণত শুরুর দিকে একবারই লাগে। বন্ধ করলে আগে যা তোলা হয়েছে সব ঠিক থাকে, সেগুলো এখন সাধারণ কাস্টমার আর পণ্য, ইমপোর্টের সাথে তাদের আর কোনো সম্পর্ক নেই।The wizard that lifts customers, suppliers and products in from an old book or an Excel sheet, usually needed once, at the start. Switching it off keeps everything already imported: those rows are ordinary customers and products now and have no remaining tie to the importer.

বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে সিস্টেম → ডাটা ইমপোর্ট। শুধু যার সেটিংস বদলানোর অনুমতি আছে সে-ই পাতাটা খুলতে পারবে, কারণ এখান থেকে একবারে অনেক তথ্য ঢোকে।Left menu → System → Import Data. Only a user allowed to manage settings can open it, because a lot of data goes in at once from here.
কী কী তোলা যায়What can come in
কাস্টমার, সাপ্লায়ার আর পণ্য, পুরানো খাতা বা Excel ফাইল থেকে। সাধারণত শুরুর দিকে একবারই লাগে, দোকান চালু হয়ে গেলে আর দরকার পড়ে না।Customers, suppliers and products, from an old book or an Excel file. It is usually needed once, at the start, and not again after the shop is running.
ফাইলটা আগে ঠিক করুনGet the file right first
উইজার্ড যে নমুনা ফাইল দেয় সেটা নামিয়ে নিন, নিজের তথ্য ওই ঘরগুলোতেই বসান। নাম আর মোবাইল নম্বরের ঘর যেন খালি না থাকে, আর একই কাস্টমার দুইবার না থাকে, তুলে ফেলার পর দুইটা সারি মেলানোর চেয়ে আগে ঠিক করা সহজ।Download the sample file the wizard gives you and put your own rows into those columns. Do not leave the name and mobile columns empty, and do not list the same customer twice: fixing it in the sheet is far easier than merging two rows afterwards.
তোলার পরAfter the import
তোলা শেষে ওই সারিগুলো সাধারণ কাস্টমার আর পণ্য হয়ে যায়, ইমপোর্টের সঙ্গে তাদের আর কোনো সম্পর্ক থাকে না। তাই মডিউল বন্ধ করলেও কিছু হারায় না। দুই-চারটা সারি খুলে দেখে নিন ঠিক জায়গায় বসেছে কি না, তারপর বিক্রি শুরু করুন।Once it is done those rows are ordinary customers and products with no remaining tie to the importer, so switching the module off later loses nothing. Open a few of them to check they landed in the right fields, then start billing.
