কার কাছ থেকে মাল আনেন, কত দেনা আছে, আর কবে শোধ করলেন। মাল তোলা লিখে রাখলেই স্টক বেড়ে যায়, আর টাকা কোন অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে গেল সেটাও লেখা থাকে।Who you buy from, what you still owe them, and what you have paid. Recording a purchase raises stock at once, and a payment records which account it left from.

বাঁ পাশের মেনু থেকে "সাপ্লায়ার"-এ গিয়ে যার কাছ থেকে মাল আনেন তার নাম আর নম্বর যোগ করুন। কোম্পানির নাম হলে সেটাই লিখুন, আর যিনি এসে মাল দিয়ে যান তার নম্বরটা রাখুন, দরকারের সময় ওই নম্বরেই ফোন করবেন। মাল তোলার সময় সাপ্লায়ার বেছে দিলে কার কাছে কত দেনা সেটা নিজে থেকেই জমতে থাকে, আলাদা খাতা রাখতে হয় না।Open "Suppliers" in the left menu and add whoever you buy from: the company name if it is a company, and the number of the person who actually delivers, since that is who you will ring. Choose the supplier when you record a purchase and what you owe each of them builds by itself, with no second book to keep.

কোন পণ্য কতটা কত দামে এল সেটা বসান। স্টক তখনই বেড়ে যাবে, আর কেনা দাম বদলে গেলে সেটাও ধরা পড়বে। পুরো টাকা না দিলে বাকিটা সাপ্লায়ারের খাতায় দেনা হিসেবে থাকবে।Enter what arrived, how many, and at what price. Stock rises immediately, and a changed cost price is picked up. Anything unpaid stays on the supplier’s account as a payable.

সাপ্লায়ারকে টাকা দিলে তার পাতা থেকে লিখে রাখুন, কোন অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে গেল সেটাসহ, নগদ না ব্যাংক। তাহলে দোকানের ক্যাশ আর সাপ্লায়ারের দেনা দুটোই একসাথে ঠিক থাকে।Record the payment on their page, including which account it left from: cash or bank. That keeps the shop’s cash and the supplier’s balance right at the same time.
