বিক্রির পর্দা খুলুনOpen the till
বাঁ পাশের মেনু থেকে "বিক্রি"-তে চাপ দিন। পর্দার একদিকে পণ্য খোঁজার ঘর, আর অন্যদিকে চলতি বিল। ফোনে বা ছোট পর্দায় বিলটা নিচের দিকে থাকে, উপরে পণ্য বাছবেন, নিচে বিল দেখবেন।Tap "Sale" in the left menu. One side of the screen searches products, the other holds the running bill. On a phone or a small screen the bill sits below: you pick above and the bill builds underneath.

স্ক্যানার থাকলে বারকোড স্ক্যান করুন, পণ্যটা সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বিলে উঠে যাবে। স্ক্যানার না থাকলে নামের প্রথম দুই-তিনটা অক্ষর লিখুন, যেমন "লাক্স", তালিকা ছোট হয়ে আসবে, তারপর পণ্যটায় চাপ দিন। একই জিনিস দুইবার স্ক্যান করলে নতুন লাইন হয় না, ওই লাইনেই সংখ্যা ২ হয়ে যায়। সংখ্যা বেশি হলে লাইনের সংখ্যার ঘরে চাপ দিয়ে সরাসরি লিখে দিন, এক ডজন বেচতে বারো বার স্ক্যান করার দরকার নেই।With a scanner, scan the barcode and it lands on the bill at once. Without one, type the first two or three letters ("Lux") and tap the product from the shortened list. Scanning the same item twice does not add a second line; the count on that line becomes two. For larger counts tap the quantity on the line and type it: you do not scan twelve times to sell a dozen.
দাম বা ছাড় বদলাতে হলেChanging a price or giving a discount
কোনো লাইনের দাম এই বিলের জন্য বদলাতে চাইলে ওই লাইনের দামে চাপ দিয়ে নতুন দাম লিখুন, এতে পণ্যের আসল দাম বদলায় না, শুধু এই বিলে বসে। ভুল পণ্য উঠে গেলে লাইনটা মুছে দিন। পুরো বিলে ছাড় দিতে চাইলে নিচে ছাড়ের ঘর আছে, টাকায় বা পার্সেন্টে দেওয়া যায়।To change a price for this bill only, tap the price on that line and type the new one: the product’s own price is untouched, this applies to this bill. A wrong item can be removed line by line. A discount on the whole bill goes in the box below, in taka or as a percentage.

নগদ বিক্রিতে কাস্টমার না দিলেও চলে। কিন্তু বাকি রাখতে চাইলে কাস্টমার বেছে নিতেই হবে, নইলে টাকাটা কার খাতায় উঠবে সেটা জানার উপায় থাকে না। নতুন কাস্টমার হলে এখান থেকেই যোগ করে নেওয়া যায়, বিল ছেড়ে যেতে হয় না।A cash sale needs no customer. Putting it on account does: otherwise there is no ledger for the money to land in. A new customer can be added right here without leaving the bill.
টাকা নিনTake the payment
কীভাবে টাকা এল সেটা বেছে নিন, নগদ, বিকাশ, কার্ড বা ব্যাংক। পুরো টাকা না দিলে যতটা দিয়েছে ততটা বসান; বাকিটা নিজে থেকেই কাস্টমারের বাকির খাতায় উঠে যাবে, আলাদা করে কিছু লিখতে হবে না।Choose how the money came in: cash, bKash, card or bank. If they pay part of it, enter what they gave; the rest goes onto their dues by itself, with nothing extra to write.
রসিদ দিনGive the receipt
বিল শেষ হলে রসিদ ছাপতে পারেন, নয়তো কাস্টমারের মোবাইলে পাঠিয়ে দিতে পারেন। প্রিন্টার না থাকলেও চলে, রসিদের লিংক পাঠালে কাস্টমার নিজের ফোনেই দেখে নিতে পারবে।When the bill is done you can print the receipt or send it to the customer’s phone. No printer is fine: send the link and they can open it on their own phone.
ভুল হলেIf you get it wrong
বিল হয়ে যাওয়ার পরেও সেটা বাতিল করা যায়, আর বাতিল করলে স্টক আর কাস্টমারের খাতা দুটোই আগের জায়গায় ফিরে যায়। বাতিল করা বিল মুছে যায় না, ইতিহাসে থেকে যায়, কখন আর কী কারণে বাতিল হয়েছে সেটাসহ।A finished bill can still be reversed, and reversing it puts both the stock and the customer’s ledger back. A reversed bill is not deleted; it stays in the history, with the date it was reversed and the reason that was typed.
