বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে "রিপোর্ট"-এ চাপ দিন। আজকের বিক্রি, আজকের খরচ আর হাতে কত টাকা থাকার কথা, এইটুকু দিয়েই দিন মেলানো যায়। বাক্সের টাকার সাথে না মিললে বুঝতে হবে কোনো বিক্রি বা খরচ লেখা হয়নি।Tap "Reports" in the left menu. Today’s sales, today’s expenses, and what should be in hand: enough to close the day. If the cash box disagrees, something was sold or spent without being written down.
বিক্রি নয়, লাভ দেখুনRead profit, not turnover
কত টাকার বিক্রি হলো সেটা আর কত লাভ হলো সেটা এক জিনিস নয়। লাভের হিসাব বের হয় কেনা দাম থেকে, তাই প্রতিটা পণ্যের কেনা দাম বসানো না থাকলে এই সংখ্যাটা ভুল দেখাবে।How much you sold and how much you made are different numbers. Profit is worked out from the cost price, so it will be wrong for any product whose cost you never filled in.

স্টক রিপোর্টে দেখা যায় কোন পণ্যে কত টাকা আটকে আছে আর কোনটা কতদিন ধরে বিক্রি হচ্ছে না। দোকানের টাকা কোথায় বসে আছে সেটা বোঝার সবচেয়ে সোজা জায়গা এটাই।The stock report shows how much money is tied up in each product and what has not moved for a long time. It is the plainest view of where the shop’s money is sitting.
নামিয়ে নিনTake it away
যেকোনো রিপোর্ট এক্সেলে নামিয়ে নেওয়া যায়, হিসাবরক্ষক বা ব্যাংকের জন্য কাজে লাগে। তারিখ বেছে নিয়ে যে সময়ের হিসাব দরকার সেটাই বের করা যায়।Any report downloads to Excel: useful for an accountant or a bank. Pick the dates and take out exactly the period you need.
