এটা আপনার কাস্টমারের বিল নয়, এটা দোকানসেবার জন্য আপনার নিজের বিল। মেনু থেকে "বিলিং"। এখানে দেখবেন কোন প্ল্যানে আছেন, কবে শেষ হবে, আর আগের পেমেন্টগুলো।This is not your customers’ bills: it is your own bill for Dokan Seba. "Billing" in the menu. It shows which plan you are on, when it ends, and what you have paid before.
কত দিন বাকিHow many days are left
উপরে বড় করে লেখা থাকে প্ল্যান কবে শেষ। শেষ হওয়ার কয়েক দিন আগে থেকে মেনুতেও মনে করিয়ে দেওয়া হয়। ⚠ মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেলে নতুন বিল করা বন্ধ হয়ে যায়, কিন্তু আপনার কোনো হিসাব মুছে যায় না, টাকা দিলে সব আগের মতোই ফিরে আসে।The date the plan ends is shown at the top, and the menu starts reminding you a few days before. ⚠ Once it lapses you cannot make new bills, but nothing of yours is deleted; pay and everything comes back as it was.
মেয়াদ বাড়ানExtend the plan
প্ল্যান আর মেয়াদ বেছে নিন: এক মাস, তিন মাস, ছয় মাস বা এক বছর। বিকাশ বা কার্ডে টাকা দিন; টাকা পৌঁছালে মেয়াদ সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বেড়ে যায়, কাউকে ফোন করতে হয় না। এক বছরের নিলে মাসে মাসে দেওয়ার চেয়ে কম পড়ে।Pick a plan and a term: one month, three months, six months or a year. Pay by bKash or card; the moment the payment lands the plan extends itself, and there is nobody to ring. A yearly plan costs less than paying month by month.
এসএমএস ক্রেডিটSMS credits
কাস্টমারকে বাকির কথা মনে করিয়ে দেওয়া বা রসিদ পাঠানো, সবই এসএমএস, আর প্রতিটাতে ক্রেডিট খরচ হয়। কত বাকি আছে এখানে দেখা যায়, আর এখান থেকেই কেনা যায়। ক্রেডিট ফুরিয়ে গেলে বার্তা যাওয়া বন্ধ হয়ে যায় আর সেটা এখানেই লেখা থাকে।Reminding a customer about dues, sending a receipt: those are text messages, and each one spends a credit. What you have left is shown here and this is where you buy more. When they run out messages stop going, and it says so here.
