বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে ক্রয় → ক্রয় — এখান থেকেই এই কাজটা শুরু হয়। পাতাটা খুললে নিচের ধাপগুলো এক এক করে করুন।In the left menu: Purchases → Purchases — this is where the job starts. Open the page and work through the steps below in order.

নতুন ক্রয় খুলুনStart the purchase
নতুন ক্রয় চাপুন। সাপ্লায়ার বেছে নিন — না থাকলে সাথে সাথেই যোগ করে নিন।Press New purchase and choose the supplier. If the supplier is not on the list, add them on the spot.

পণ্য, পরিমাণ ও ক্রয়মূল্যItems, quantities and cost
চালান দেখে পণ্য, পরিমাণ ও ক্রয়মূল্য বসান। ক্রয়মূল্য বদলে গেলে এখানেই নতুনটা লিখুন — পুরোনো হিসাব নষ্ট হবে না।Enter the items, quantities and cost prices from the supplier's challan. If a cost has changed, put the new one in here; the old entries are not disturbed.
কত দিলেনWhat you paid
কত টাকা দিলেন লিখুন। বাকিটা সাপ্লায়ারের দেনায় উঠে যাবে, আলাদা করে লিখতে হবে না।Enter how much you paid. The rest goes onto the supplier's account without a second entry.
সেভ করলেই স্টকেSave, and the stock rises
সেভ করলেই মালটা স্টকে যোগ হয়ে যাবে। ভুল হলে ক্রয়টা খুলে সম্পাদনা করা যায়।On saving, the goods are in stock. If something is wrong, open the purchase and edit it.
