বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে প্রতিদিন → বাকি — এখান থেকেই এই কাজটা শুরু হয়। পাতাটা খুললে নিচের ধাপগুলো এক এক করে করুন।In the left menu: Everyday → Dues — this is where the job starts. Open the page and work through the steps below in order.
বাকিতে বিক্রি করাSelling on credit
বিল তৈরি করে পেমেন্ট-এ যান। গ্রাহকের নাম ও মোবাইল নম্বর দিন — পুরোনো গ্রাহক হলে নাম লিখলেই চলে আসবে। এখন কত টাকা নিচ্ছেন সেটা লিখুন, বাকিটা নিজেই বাকির খাতায় উঠবে।Build the bill and go to Payment. Enter the customer's name and mobile number — an existing customer comes up as you type. Enter how much they are paying now; the rest goes onto their ledger by itself.

কার কত বাকি দেখাSeeing who owes what
তালিকায় নাম বা মোবাইল নম্বর দিয়ে খুঁজুন। নামের ওপর চাপ দিলে ওই গ্রাহকের পুরো হিসাব — কবে কত নিয়েছে, কবে কত দিয়েছে — এক পাতায় দেখা যাবে।Search the list by name or mobile number. Tap the name and that customer's whole account opens on one page — what they took, and what they have paid back.

বাকির টাকা জমা নেওয়াTaking a payment against a due
গ্রাহকের পাতায় টাকা জমা চাপুন। কত পেলেন আর কীভাবে পেলেন — নগদ না বিকাশ — সেটা লিখুন। সেভ করলে বাকি নিজে থেকেই কমে যাবে।On the customer's page press Receive payment. Enter the amount and how it was paid, cash or bKash. Save, and the balance drops by itself.
রসিদ দেওয়াGiving a receipt
জমা নেওয়ার পর রসিদ প্রিন্ট করা যায়। গ্রাহক চাইলে হাতে দিন, না চাইলেও হিসাব রয়ে যাবে।After taking the money you can print a receipt. Hand it over if they want one; the entry stays either way.
বাকির খাতা আর দোকানের বিক্রি একই হিসাব — বাকিতে বিক্রি করলে আলাদা করে কোথাও লিখতে হয় না।The credit ledger and the day's sales are one set of books. A credit sale does not have to be written down anywhere a second time.
