যে ব্যাচ বানানো হলো সেটা কেউ দেখেছে কি না, লিখে রাখা, পাশ, নোটসহ পাশ, নাকি ফেল; কে দেখল, কখন, আর চাইলে একটা মাপ (ওভেনের তাপ, একটা পিসের ওজন)। ফেল দিলে ওই লটটা কাউন্টারে বিক্রি হবে না, আর কোন ব্যাচ কেউ দেখেইনি সেটাও তালিকায় দেখা যায়।Writing down that somebody looked at a batch, passed, passed with a note, or failed; who looked, when, and a reading if one was taken (oven temperature, the weight of a sample). A fail keeps that lot off the counter, and the register shows which batches nobody checked at all.

পুরো ব্যাচ নাকি তার একটা অংশ দেখলেন সেটা বেছে নিন, তারপর ফল দিন, "ঠিক আছে", "ঠিক আছে, তবে", বা "ফেল"। ফেল দিলে বা নোটসহ পাশ দিলে কারণটা লিখতেই হবে, নইলে সেভ হবে না।Say whether you looked at the whole batch or part of it, then give the result: Passed, Passed with a note, or Failed. A fail or a note will not save until you write the reason.
মাপ নিলে লিখে রাখুনRecord a reading if you took one
তাপ, ওজন: কোনো মাপ নিলে সেটাও রাখা যায়। মাপ লিখলে তিনটাই লাগবে: কীসের মাপ, কত, আর একক। এটা ইচ্ছে হলে, বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।A temperature, a weight: any reading can go on the check. If you record one it needs all three parts: what was measured, how much, and the unit. This is optional.
ফেল করা ব্যাচ কাউন্টারে আটকে যায়A failed batch is held at the counter
ফেল দিলে ওই ব্যাচ আর বিক্রি হবে না, বিল করতে গেলে কাউন্টার আটকে দেবে। খারাপটুকু নষ্টের খাতায় তুলুন, আর ব্যাচটা আসলে ঠিক থাকলে নতুন করে একটা চেক লিখুন; তাতে আটকানো খুলে যাবে।A failed batch stops selling: the counter refuses it on the bill. Write off what is bad, and if the batch turns out to be fine after all, record a fresh check and the hold lifts.
কেউ না দেখলে সেটাও বোঝা যায়You can see what nobody checked
যে ব্যাচ এখনো কেউ দেখেনি সেটায় "চেক করা হয়নি" লেখা থাকে, আর প্রতিটা চেকের পাশে কে দেখেছে সেটাও থাকে। বাতিল করা ব্যাচে চেক চাওয়া হয় না, ওটা তো আর বিক্রি হচ্ছে না।A batch nobody has looked at is marked "Not checked", and every check carries who did it. A reversed batch is not asked for one: it is not being sold anyway.
