মোট ওজন, আর্দ্রতা-ময়লা বাবদ কত বাদ আর কেন, আর শেষে নিট, তিনটাই আলাদা করে লেখা থাকে, বস্তার সংখ্যাসহ। কৃষকের কপিতে পুরো হিসাবটা ছাপা হয়, তাই যে হিসাবে দুইজন রাজি হয়েছেন সেটাই খাতায় থাকে। দর প্রতি কেজিতেই থাকে, কমে না।The gross weight, how much came off for moisture or dirt and why, and the net, all three kept separately, with the sack count beside them. The farmer's copy prints the whole sum, so the book holds the arithmetic the two of you agreed on. The rate per kg stays exactly what was agreed.

এটার আলাদা মেনু নেই, এটা মাল তোলার পাতার ভিতরে। বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে ক্রয় → নতুন ক্রয় খুলুন, তারপর ওজন ধরে তোলার অংশটা ব্যবহার করুন। মোট ওজন, বাদ (বস্তা, আর্দ্রতা), আর দর, এই তিনটা বসালে নিট ওজন আর টাকা নিজে থেকেই হিসাব হয়ে যায়।This has no menu of its own: it is inside the purchase screen. Open Purchases → New purchase in the left menu and use the weighed-intake part. Enter the gross weight, the deductions (sacks, moisture) and the rate, and the net weight and the amount work themselves out.
মোট ওজন বসানEnter the gross weight
গাড়ি বা বস্তা মেপে যে ওজন পেলেন সেটাই মোট ওজন হিসেবে বসান।Weigh the load and enter what the scale said as the gross weight.
বাদ কতটাThe deductions
বস্তার ওজন, ভেজা, ময়লা, যা যা বাদ যাবে আলাদা করে লিখুন। প্রতিটা বাদ আলাদা থাকে, তাই পার্টির সাথে হিসাব মেলাতে সুবিধা।Enter each deduction separately: sack weight, moisture, dirt. Keeping them apart is what makes the figure easy to settle with the seller.
নিট ওজন ও দরNet weight and rate
নিট ওজন নিজেই বেরিয়ে আসবে। দর বসালে মোট টাকাও বসে যাবে।The net weight works itself out. Enter the rate and the total follows.
সেভ করুনSave
সেভ করলে নিট ওজনটাই স্টকে ঢুকবে, মোট ওজন নয়।On saving it is the net weight that goes into stock, not the gross.
