বাঁ পাশের মেনুতে রিপোর্ট → পুরানো রেকর্ড। আগের সফটওয়্যারের বিলগুলো এখানে এনে রাখা যায় — শুধু দেখার জন্য, নতুন হিসাবের সঙ্গে মেশে না।Left menu → Reports → Old Records. Bills from your previous software can be brought in here — to look at only; they do not mix into the running accounts.
পুরানো ডেটা আগে আনাGetting the old data in first
কিছু ইমপোর্ট করা না থাকলে এই পাতাটা খালি থাকে আর মাইগ্রেশন পেজের লিংক দেখায়। পুরানো সফটওয়্যার বা কাগজের খাতার হিসাব ওখান দিয়ে একবার তুলে দিতে হয়।Until something has been imported this page is empty and points at the migration page. The old software's figures, or the paper books, are carried across there once.

পুরানো বিল খোঁজাFinding an old bill
পুরানো ইনভয়েস নম্বর, কাস্টমারের নাম বা নোট দিয়ে খুঁজুন। বিক্রি, ক্রয়, খরচ আর পেমেন্ট — সব ধরনের পুরানো রেকর্ড একই তালিকায় আসে।Search by the old invoice number, a customer name or a note. Sales, purchases, expenses and payments all come back in the same list.

পুরানো রেকর্ড দেখা যায়, এডিট করা যায় না — কারণ ওগুলোর হিসাব ইতিমধ্যে ওপেনিং ব্যালেন্সে ধরা আছে। একটা পুরানো বিল বদলাতে দিলে আজকের বাকির অঙ্কটাই ভুল হয়ে যেত।An old record can be read but not edited, because its figures are already inside the opening balance. Letting one be changed would make today's outstanding figure wrong.

When somebody argues about the old days, both halves are one tap apart.
