The lifetime free plan gives you up to 30 products and 150 customers, reports for the last 30 days. It never expires and costs nothing. Billing, stock and purchases, the customer dues ledger, expenses, sale returns, damage and the day-close register are included. One shop, one user. At the limit the software says so; selling does not stop, nothing is deleted, and taking a plan brings everything back into view.

When the shop is really a small company: there is an accountant, a balance sheet is needed, payroll should run in software, there is a factory or a production line, or you want the software on your own server under your own control. ERPNext and Odoo are ahead on all of these, and Dokan Seba either does not do them or does them partly.

POS is the part that bills at the counter. ERP is everything behind it: stock, purchases, dues, expenses, profit, branches, staff. In Dokan Seba both are one piece of software; a small shop starts with the POS and grows into the rest.
