১) বাঁ পাশের মেনু থেকে1) Open পণ্যProducts খুলুন। ২) উপরে ডানেfrom the left menu. 2) Press নতুন পণ্যNew product চাপুন। ৩) নাম, ইউনিট (পিস/কেজি/লিটার), ক্রয়মূল্য ও বিক্রয়মূল্য দিন। ৪) বারকোড থাকলে ঘরে কার্সার রেখে স্ক্যান করুন, না থাকলে খালি রাখলে সিস্টেম নিজেই একটা বানিয়ে দেবে। ৫) সেভ করুন।at the top right. 3) Enter the name, unit (piece / kg / litre), cost price and selling price. 4) If it has a barcode, put the cursor in the barcode box and scan it; leave it empty and the system generates one. 5) Save.

১) পণ্য পাতায়1) On the Products page press ইমপোর্টImport চেপে নমুনা ফাইলটা নামান। ২) নমুনার ঘরগুলোতেই আপনার তালিকা বসান, কলামের নাম বদলাবেন না। ৩) ফাইল আপলোড করুন। ৪) পর্দায় যে তালিকা দেখাবে সেটা একবার মিলিয়ে নিন। ৫)and download the sample file. 2) Fill your list into the sample's columns without renaming them. 3) Upload the file. 4) Check the preview list on screen. 5) Press নিশ্চিত করুনConfirm চাপুন। ভুল সারি থাকলে সেগুলো আলাদা করে দেখাবে।. Any bad rows are listed separately so you can fix just those.

১)1) Go to সেটিংস → দোকানের তথ্যSettings → Shop details-তে যান। ২) নাম, ঠিকানা, মোবাইল ও লোগোর ছবি দিন। ৩). 2) Enter the name, address, mobile and upload the logo. 3) On the ইনভয়েসInvoice ট্যাবে গিয়ে কাগজের মাপ বেছে নিন, থার্মাল ৫৮মিমি, ৮০মিমি বা A4। ৪) নিচে ধন্যবাদ বার্তা লিখতে পারেন। ৫) সেভ করে একটা নমুনা প্রিন্ট দিন।tab choose the paper size: thermal 58mm, 80mm or A4. 4) Add a thank-you line at the foot if you want one. 5) Save and print a sample.

১)1) Go to সেটিংস → ইউজারSettings → Users-এ যান। ২) কর্মচারীর নামের পাশে সম্পাদনা চাপুন। ৩) কোন পাতা দেখতে পাবে তার টিক দিন, সাধারণত বিক্রয়কর্মীকে শুধু POS আর গ্রাহক দেওয়া হয়। ৪) ক্রয়মূল্য ও রিপোর্ট লুকাতে চাইলে ওই দুটোর টিক তুলে দিন। ৫) সেভ করুন, পরেরবার লগইন থেকে কার্যকর।. 2) Press edit beside the employee's name. 3) Tick the pages they may open: a counter salesman usually gets POS and Customers only. 4) To hide cost prices and reports, untick those two. 5) Save; it applies from their next login.

১)1) On the ক্রয়Purchase পাতায়page press নতুন ক্রয়New purchase চাপুন। ২) সাপ্লায়ার বেছে নিন, না থাকলে সাথে সাথেই যোগ করে নিন। ৩) পণ্য, পরিমাণ ও ক্রয়মূল্য বসান। ৪) কত টাকা দিলেন লিখুন, বাকিটা সাপ্লায়ারের দেনায় উঠবে। ৫) সেভ করলেই স্টক বেড়ে যাবে।. 2) Choose the supplier, or add one on the spot. 3) Enter the items, quantities and cost prices. 4) Enter how much you paid: the rest goes onto the supplier's account. 5) Save and the stock rises immediately.

১)1) Go to স্টক → স্টক গণনাStock → Stock count-য় যান। ২) কোন ক্যাটাগরি গুনবেন সেটা বেছে নিন। ৩) হাতে গুনে পাওয়া সংখ্যাটা প্রতিটি পণ্যের পাশে বসান। ৪) কোথায় কত কম-বেশি সেটা তালিকা করে দেখাবে। ৫). 2) Choose the category you are counting. 3) Type the counted figure beside each item. 4) The screen lists every difference, over and under. 5) Press সমন্বয় করুনAdjust চাপলে স্টক ঠিক হয়ে যাবে আর পার্থক্যটা লগে থেকে যাবে।to correct the stock; the difference stays in the log.

১) পণ্যটি খুলে1) Open the product and switch on ব্যাচ ও মেয়াদBatch and expiry চালু করুন। ২) এরপর থেকে ক্রয় এন্ট্রির সময় ব্যাচ নম্বর ও মেয়াদের তারিখ চাইবে। ৩) বিক্রির সময় যে ব্যাচের মেয়াদ আগে শেষ সেটাই আগে দেখাবে। ৪) মেয়াদ রিপোর্টে ৩০/৬০/৯০ দিনের তালিকা পাবেন।. 2) From then on, purchase entry asks for the batch number and expiry date. 3) At the counter the batch expiring soonest is offered first. 4) The expiry report lists what runs out in 30, 60 and 90 days.

১)1) Go to পণ্য → লেবেল প্রিন্টProducts → Print labels-এ যান। ২) কোন পণ্যের কতটা লেবেল লাগবে বেছে নিন। ৩) লেবেলে দাম দেখাবেন কি না ঠিক করুন। ৪) কাগজের মাপ বেছে. 2) Select the products and how many labels of each. 3) Decide whether the price shows on the label. 4) Choose the paper size and press প্রিন্টPrint চাপুন। সাধারণ কাগজেও চলে, তবে লেবেল প্রিন্টার থাকলে সরাসরি স্টিকারে আসে।. Plain paper works; a label printer prints straight onto stickers.

১)1) Go to স্টক → ট্রান্সফারStock → Transfer-এ যান। ২) কোথা থেকে কোথায় যাবে বেছে নিন। ৩) পণ্য ও পরিমাণ বসিয়ে পাঠান। ৪) ওই শাখা মাল পাওয়ার পর. 2) Choose the branch it leaves and the branch it goes to. 3) Enter the items and quantities and send it. 4) The receiving branch presses গ্রহণReceive চাপবে: তখনই সেখানকার স্টকে যোগ হবে। এতে পথে থাকা মালের হিসাবও থাকে।when the goods arrive, and only then does their stock rise, so goods in transit are accounted for.

১) প্রিন্টারের বাতি জ্বলছে কি না আর কাগজ ঠিকভাবে বসানো আছে কি না দেখুন। ২) USB তারটা খুলে আবার লাগান। ৩)1) Check the light is on and the paper roll is seated the right way round. 2) Unplug the USB cable and plug it back in. 3) In সেটিংস → প্রিন্টারSettings → Printer-এ গিয়ে সঠিক প্রিন্টার আর কাগজের মাপ বেছে নিন। ৪), select the correct printer and paper size. 4) Press পরীক্ষা প্রিন্টTest print চাপুন। ৫) তাও না হলে কম্পিউটার একবার রিস্টার্ট দিন।. 5) If it still fails, restart the computer once.

১) নোটপ্যাড বা যেকোনো ঘরে স্ক্যান করে দেখুন সংখ্যা আসছে কি না, না এলে সমস্যা স্ক্যানারে, সফটওয়্যারে নয়। ২) POS পাতায় কার্সার সার্চ ঘরে আছে কি না দেখুন। ৩) ওই বারকোডটা পণ্যের সাথে যোগ করা আছে কি না মিলিয়ে নিন। ৪) না থাকলে পণ্য খুলে বারকোডের ঘরে স্ক্যান করে সেভ করুন।1) Scan into Notepad or any text box, if no digits appear, the problem is the scanner, not the software. 2) On the POS page make sure the cursor is in the search box. 3) Check that barcode is actually saved against the product. 4) If not, open the product, scan into the barcode box and save.

কিছুই বন্ধ হবে না। বিল কাটা, স্টক কমা, প্রিন্ট, সব আগের মতোই চলবে। উপরে একটাNothing stops. Billing, stock and printing carry on as normal and an অফলাইনOffline লেখা দেখাবে। লাইন ফিরলে জমে থাকা এন্ট্রি নিজে থেকেই সার্ভারে চলে যায়, তখন লেখাটাlabel appears at the top. When the line returns, the queued entries upload by themselves and the label changes to সিঙ্কডSynced হয়ে যায়। ওই সময় কম্পিউটার বন্ধ করবেন না।. Do not shut the computer down while that is happening.

১) লগইন পাতায়1) Press পাসওয়ার্ড ভুলে গেছিForgot password চাপুন। ২) অ্যাকাউন্টের মোবাইল নম্বরটা দিন। ৩) SMS-এ আসা কোডটা বসান। ৪) নতুন পাসওয়ার্ড দিন। কর্মচারীর পাসওয়ার্ড হলে মালিক নিজেইon the login page. 2) Enter the mobile number on the account. 3) Type in the code that arrives by SMS. 4) Set a new password. For a staff password, the owner can simply reset it in সেটিংস → ইউজারSettings → Users থেকে বদলে দিতে পারেন।.

১) ওই পণ্যের1) Open the স্টক লগStock log খুলুন: প্রতিটা নড়াচড়া তারিখ ধরে লেখা আছে, কোন ধরনের (ক্রয়, বিক্রয়, ফেরত, সমন্বয়) আর কত পরিমাণ। ২) দেখুন ক্রয় এন্ট্রি বাদ পড়েছে কি না, বা ফেরত দুইবার হয়েছে কি না। ৩) কারণ পেলে সেই এন্ট্রিটা ঠিক করুন। ৪) কারণ না পেলে স্টক গণনা দিয়ে সমন্বয় করে নিন, পার্থক্যটা লগে থেকে যাবে।for that product: every movement is listed with its date, its kind (purchase, sale, return, adjustment) and the quantity it moved. 2) Look for a missed purchase entry or a return processed twice. 3) Correct that entry if you find it. 4) If nothing explains it, run a stock count to adjust; the difference stays in the log.

১) গ্রাহকের নম্বরটা ঠিক আছে কি না দেখুন, ১১ সংখ্যার হতে হবে। ২)1) Check the customer's number is a full 11 digits. 2) In সেটিংস → SMSSettings → SMS-এ গিয়ে দেখুন এ মাসের বরাদ্দ শেষ হয়েছে কি না, আপনার প্যাকেজের সীমা আর এ মাসে কতটা গেছে, দুটোই ওই পাতায় লেখা আছে। ৩) শেষ হলে সেখান থেকেই বাড়তি SMS কিনে নিন। ৪) কোন প্যাকেজে মাসে কতটা ধরা, সেটা, see whether this month's allowance is used up: that page shows your plan's own limit and how much of it has gone. 3) If so, buy more from the same page. 4) How much each plan includes is on the দাম ও প্যাকেজpricing page পাতায় আছে।.
