বাৎসরিক প্যাকেজ নেওয়ার পর ৩০ দিন পেরিয়ে গেলে অব্যবহৃত মাসগুলোর টাকাAfter the first 30 days, unused months on a yearly plan are refunded আনুপাতিক হারেpro rata ফেরত দেওয়া হয়। যেমন ১২ মাসের প্যাকেজে ৪ মাস ব্যবহারের পর বাতিল করলে বাকি ৮ মাসের টাকা ফেরত পাবেন, তবে বাৎসরিক ছাড়ের ২ মাস সমন্বয় করে নেওয়া হবে।. For example, cancelling four months into a twelve-month plan returns eight months, adjusted for the 2 free months included in the yearly discount.
৩ মাস ও ৬ মাসের প্যাকেজThree- and six-month plans
বাৎসরিকের নিয়মই: প্রথম ৩০ দিনে পুরো টাকা ফেরত, এর পর অব্যবহৃত মাসগুলোর টাকা আনুপাতিক হারে, সেই মেয়াদের ছাড় সমন্বয় করে।The yearly rule applies: a full refund in the first 30 days, then unused months pro rata, after adjusting that term's discount.
মাসিক প্যাকেজMonthly plans
মাসিক প্যাকেজে চলতি মাসের টাকা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, কারণ মাসটা আপনি ব্যবহার করেছেন। পরের মাস থেকে বিল বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে, শুধু মাস শেষ হওয়ার আগে জানিয়ে দিলেই হবে।The current month is not refundable because you have used it. Billing simply stops from the following month: just let us know before the month ends.
৳১০০ বুকিংThe ৳100 booking
বুকিংয়ের ৳১০০ কোনো প্যাকেজের দাম নয়, অগ্রিম। ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে প্যাকেজ নিলে টাকাটা প্রথম বিল থেকে বাদ যায়; না নিলে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে চাইলে পুরোটা ফেরত, কারণ জিজ্ঞেস করা হয় না।The ৳100 is an advance, not a plan price. Take a plan within the 30 days and it comes off your first bill; if you do not, ask within the 30 days and the whole amount is refunded, no questions asked.
সেটআপ সার্ভিসSetup service
- সেটআপ কল হওয়ার আগে বাতিল করলে পুরো ৳৫,০০০ ফেরতCancelled before the setup call: the full ৳5,000 is refunded
- সেটআপ শুরু হয়ে গেলে যতটুকু কাজ হয়েছে তা বাদ দিয়ে বাকিটা ফেরতCancelled once setup has started: the work already done is deducted and the rest refunded
- সেটআপ ও ট্রেনিং শেষ হলে এই টাকা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়; প্যাকেজের টাকা তার নিজের নিয়মে ফেরত পাবেনAfter setup and training are done this amount is not refundable; the plan itself still follows its own refund rule
- বাৎসরিক প্যাকেজে সেটআপ ফ্রি, তাই সেখানে ফেরতের কিছু নেইOn a yearly plan the setup is free, so there is nothing to refund
