যোগাযোগের তথ্য:Contact details: নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, দোকানের নাম, জেলা ও ইমেইল। এগুলো আপনি নিজে ফর্মে বা ফোনে দেন।name, mobile number, shop name, district and email, given by you on a form or over the phone.
ব্যবসার ডেটা:Business data: পণ্য, বিক্রয়, স্টক, গ্রাহক ও হিসাবের যেসব তথ্য আপনি সফটওয়্যারে রাখেন।the products, sales, stock, customers and accounts you enter into the software.

প্লে স্টোরের অ্যাপটি ফোনের যে যে অনুমতি চায়, তার প্রত্যেকটি কেন চায় আর তথ্যটা ফোন ছেড়ে যায় কি না, নিচে হুবহু লেখা আছে।Every permission the Play Store app asks your phone for, why it asks, and whether the information ever leaves the handset.

ক্যামেরা:Camera: বারকোড স্ক্যান করতে, আর আপনি চাইলে কাগজপত্রের ছবি তুলতে। স্ক্যানের ছবি ফোনেই বিশ্লেষণ হয়, কোথাও পাঠানো হয় না বা জমা রাখা হয় না। শুধু আপনি নিজে যে ফাইলটি পাঠাতে বেছে নেন সেটিই সার্ভারে যায়।to scan a barcode, and to photograph a document if you choose to. Scanner frames are analysed on the handset and are neither uploaded nor stored. Only a file you deliberately choose to send is uploaded.

সব ডেটা ২৫৬-বিট এনক্রিপশনে পাঠানো ও সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। প্রতি রাতে স্বয়ংক্রিয় ব্যাকআপ নেওয়া হয় এবং ব্যাকআপের একটি কপি আলাদা জায়গায় রাখা হয়। আপনি ঠিক করবেন আপনার কোন কর্মচারী কতটুকু দেখতে পাবে, কে কার অনুমতি কখন বদলেছে তার আলাদা তালিকা থাকে, আর নিজের অ্যাকাউন্টের পাতায় আপনার লগইন আর পাসওয়ার্ড বা টু-ফ্যাক্টর বদলের হিসাব দেখা যায়।All data is transmitted and stored with 256-bit encryption. Automatic backups run nightly and one backup copy is held in a separate location.
